Oh, and about the concert songs, the version of M used was the one from A Ballads: M (HAL's Progress). With the intro with strings.

Ah indeed, own bed feels amazing!

Now if I calculate quickly my overall budget was a bit over 2000€ (including flights and all...)

Body language becomes very helpful, you can get by fine most of the time :yes

Today was our last full day in Tokyo. We went to the Dome and the rides were finally all working ok today. At last. The big rollercoaster, Thunder Dolphin, is fun. Part of the track goes through a building, with a hole cut out. Its scary going through there the first time :P

The other rides don't compare to be honest. The big wheel is interesting to get some birds eye pictures. Be warned though, its like a green house in hot weather. So, we went on the log flume after and got somewhat wet. A nice way to cool off heh.

Ended the day with a trip to the Ueno Book Off. My advice, avoid these places, you wont be able to resist spending a lot of money. Still, I managed to pick up the complete live box, with all four disks, so I was happy I found that. Found several with only three disks before this, but I didn't want that.

Its 10:15pm now, our flight is early in the morning. Our plan is to just stay up and hopefully sleep most of the the way home. Hope it works out that way. I'll make a new post with pictures once I am back and got over the jet lag.

Oi.

I waited and waited on the 10th :( and no one showed up.

Anywho, concert was AWSOME.

I manage to get my hands on two ribbons with her signature on it. I'll post a picture of it later :D

We waited in front of the arena (me,kel64&his friends) from 17h30 till 18h. I even waved my AHS-sign (but that rather caught the wrong attention to the japanese people, who thought we needed or sold tickets :P) 4 gaijin kind of stand out in Japan..
I got 3 ribbons on the 9th, but none on the 10th (too much on the side)

Well, I'm still a few days in Japan. Went to Nara yesterday, today I'm going to Himeji and tomorrow Kyoto, and the day after back to Tokyo for 1 day (shopping) and it's easier because I have a flight int he morning also.

Yeah, I also got back home yesterday evening :)

And I agree, can't wait until next year :D

Joeyoh 21st May 2007 09:33 PM

Well I am glad everyone made it back home safe!

Maybe we can shoot for another time that we can all meet :)

Hatix 22nd May 2007 08:37 AM

Next year's tour would be fine for me :D

I think another date would be kinda difficult for people from different continents :)

But we've learned from our mistakes, and see that we make better arrangements to meet. It's of course difficult to agree to a fixed meeting point when you don't know the area around the arena. (I only knew the area around Yoyogi, not Yokohama).
But definitely, I'm not holding up a sign any more, the japanese people get the wrong idea, it's not like an airport :P

wah! that's cool there were so many ahs members there! i was at the show on the 19th, and i thought it was great! probably the best show i've been to in recent years. this was my third ayumi live. i always get floor seats, and this time i was in the section in front of the stage, the part that juts forward into the crowd. she got real close! i could see up her skirt haha. :o

can i ask you guys where you got your tickets?

also, during the concert, ayu forgot some lyrics (as usual lol) and at one point her belt started to come undone, and she couldn't fix it while singing, so she walked over to peco and she helped put it back on. it was pretty funny. i like watching her mess up, it's cute.

next time i'll be there is PROBABLY for countdown 07-08. i'm in tokyo twice a year, so i usually end up going to her lives while i'm there. wouldn't mind meeting some members. :)
