1) Society's stupid to have a "girls must be innocent" requirement. Sexy girls (as long as they're over 17-18, etc) are more interesting as long as they don't overdo it. God forbid a woman WANT to be sexual! OMG! Ahhh we might all die and not pay attention to important things, like poor people/the environment/government issues!
2) They were stupid to let Edison take the pictures and Edison was stupid to take the pictures because they were all celebrities and should have known this could happen.
3) Perez is right; if they were US stars no one would even care because this happens so frequently.

There are reports saying that at the time Vincy's pictures were shot, she was 15/16. Hong Kong's legal consent age is 16. The police right now are finding out if she was underage when the pictures were shot.

I think Gillian was stupid to call herself silly and naive, and commented that she felt cheated on, and that Edison toyed around with her feelings for him when clearly in the pictures she looked like she was enjoying the whole process.

I'm not really into the whole HK music scene, but I do like the movie industry there. but I don't know that much about HK celebs.

but I've heard that one reason why this scandal is so big and hurtful for those women's career is that there have been plenty of rumors that in order to make it in the entertainment scene in HK you have to sleep your way to the top, and some people see these pics as a proof about the sleazy side of the HK movie/music/entertainment scene ...
