Signing up right now!

njanjayrp 1st December 2014 09:21 AM

Now when do I get the digital membership card? o.O

~angel*ayumi~ 1st December 2014 09:32 AM

So you can register now with an overseas address, but to order stuff in the shop you still need a tenso/japanese address? And what payment methods do they offer? Only Credit Cards?

You won't be able to see it unless you use it to get special benefits. For example if you want to get TeamAyu only free sticker at concert venue, you'll have to use your id on a special site, that's when you will see your card and have to save it to be able to show it to venue staff. So no constant card exists, it just appears when it's necessary.

"Your member registration is completed."

This is a historic day <3

I also use gmail and it took me two tries to get an email from global-fc when I registered for Koda Gumi... Let's see how it goes with TA

FoxyPinkGirl 1st December 2014 12:29 PM

I didn't have any issues when registering. May I suggest using Chrome as your browser when trying to register because it'll translate the page automatically if you need so. Also with the phone number, put in your number and area code with your country code (it's 1 if you're in the US) all with no dashes or any symbols. My guess as far as the delays (with getting an emails and stuff) is it was probably because so many people were trying to register at once. I hate it when that happens and sites crash. I do hope she and her team treats both sides of the members the same and doesn't favor 'TA.' I mean, we (GTA) should be allowed to the same stuff too and be able to get the gifts as well.

Yoake 1st December 2014 12:29 PM

So, the benefits are exactly the same than the TA? We'll be able to order the CD's TA edition for instance?

There's a ta shop for global members. I have yet to explore finish the site

EDIT: Seems like overseas shipping is still via tenso..
Just to check, do I have to register for a mu-mo account too?

Kashoku 1st December 2014 12:57 PM

Is it just me or is everything but the main page still in Japanese? I imagine they are still working on the webiste...

Nana_liau 1st December 2014 03:00 PM

I'm done

kiseki89 1st December 2014 03:32 PM

After spending 2 hours trying to create an account with mu-mo, i totally lost the mood to buy the TA version single.

Really pissed off by the site restrictions. I hope with global TA, the shop will ship internationally without using third party services. The 'TA only' gift and the effort put in to create the multiple accounts do not equate to each other.

Pieces_of_SEVEN 1st December 2014 04:50 PM

So annoying that they just lazily are using google translate for everything. What a disappointment.

I need assistance though.

Tenso is finally loading, but I'm confused about ordering. I'm on this screen on TA:

If I hit accept and order, is that it? Because TA has my actual USA address, so I'm not sure what to do. I have a tenso account. But I don't think I should change my address in TA to the one tenso gave me, right? I'll look for a thread on this, but it may be different now with the TA global site.

Thanks for any help~!

Earth_maiden 1st December 2014 05:37 PM

^I posed in the single thread about that, hope it helps!

I ordered the TA version of the single through the overseas shop and once I clicked "agree and order" from this screen it just went to the usual checkout process on any online shop : as I already had an account on mu-mo my Tenso address was still memorize, but I still had to fill in the part of the address with my tenso number (a pain in the *** actually, site was never happy about the format - I had to deactivate the google auto-translation to english to input the japanese format of numbers).

But aaaanyway, bottomline you have to use your tenso address ; the system didn't came up with my french address at all.

Loulines 1st December 2014 05:40 PM

At first I was really sad that I can't afford the membership but now I'm even glad about it...
Translations by Google 'cause they can't even hire some people to translate it to 4 other languages (even just English would be okay). And still no shipping overseas without using tenso is just ridiculous. Someone who doesn't live in Japan has to pay more yet gets less? Really...? :shakehead

~angel*ayumi~ 1st December 2014 05:54 PM

mhhh I donīt think I had any big problems registering at mu-mo, but it was long time ago so I donīt remember clearly. Only thing that bugs me I always have to switch to chrome when putting in my tenso address because of the font type....

elaniel 1st December 2014 06:08 PM

So have I done this right?

When I entered the Number on shipping to Tenso, all I could include was the Tenso number:

〒120-0023
東京都 足立区千住曙町42-4TSXXXXXX

I couldn't include 転送コム as it would not accept that part on the address on the shipping address.

Hopefully I've done it correctly.

Pieces_of_SEVEN 1st December 2014 06:16 PM

It's still not accepting my tenso address. Grrrr. And now, for the second time, the "holding period" ran out, so I have to do it all again.
