I'm not done listening to the album yet, but agree with the old school anime vibes for sure!

I'm glad I wasn't the only one who thought of Ayu when listening to Namidabana. I was like "Ayu could sing this"

Heh yeah especially the opening of Namida Bana , I was like wow MY ALL vibes much ? :laugh

Album tracks wise , my sister likes Owaranu Yume & Fake lover's true heart

For FAT SHAPER (despite the wth title) , when both of us heard it , we were like BREAKERZ's REAL LOVE (2010) cos of the opening drum beats haha

Yeah for me it was the beginning too that gave me that thought :D
My favorites are Fake lover's true heart and Punky Funky Love

Do you like the album or single version of Punky Funky Love ?

I think both versions are equally fun . A bit surprising GRANRODEO chose to re-record Punky Funky Love out of the 4 single included in Pierrot Dancin'

Forgot to mention that my sister feels that vocally , KISHOW is at his best in Pierrot Dancin' , especially after he quit smoking cos there're quite a lot of songs in the album that he can sing & screech at the same time haha

I normally always ( I don't even know why) prefer album versions. It's the same case with Punky Funky Love.

Ahh good he quit smoking. It's surely better for his voice

Ah ok , I like both versions cos they sound different . Wasn't sure what it meant by Punky Funky Love [with FIRE HORNS] prior to hearing it haha

Real glad that KISHOW quit smoking cos the last 2 times when my sister went to Japan to see GRANRODEO , she said she saw KISHOW struggling onstage cos at times he was out of breathe but now he's much better and in more control

And at last month's BREAKERZ 10 Shunen 10ban Shoubu -VS- , KISHOW himself said he had problems with his pancreas & as a result he had to stop drinking too

Too much smoking & too much drinking are not good down the road . Glad KISHOW finally stopped doing both
