I love Depend on you and his version is really refreshing. I loved it! But I cannot stand his english version. depend on me, sucked. Yes I said it.

And the STEP you remix was nice as well, I really like what he's done.
Except for twisting up the lyrics on Depend on Me. Yes I said it.

I agree. I thought the lyrics for Depend on Me were really... lame. :/ I don't really like his voice either and I can't stand his pronunciation of Japanese. The only thing I liked about his version is the arrangement.

You know, ayu's lyrics for Depend on you aren't really brilliant either. They're just 'ok'.

I love Bentley's cover (he's japanese is pretty good, I was afraid that it's really BAD when I read comments here). And his english version is perfect. I love the lyrics, the arrangement and the voice. Ayu's version is far worse than his.

I am absolutely in love with "Depend on me". Can someone tell me if his cd is already out? And where I can order it online?

I really want him to do a surreal cover...I would be soooooooooooooo happy.

depend on me was brilliant. the arrangement of the chorus
is better than the original...^_^..I wish ayu would've used that arrangement for the chorus...then it wouldn've been perfect

Wow, the arrangement kicks @$$! Ayu should have used this arrangement for the ~10 Anniversary Version~ for sure!

Well, to each his own. :yes But I didn't say his version was "worse" than Ayu's, just that I don't like it because I don't like his voice and IMO the lyrics weren't good. ;)

OMG the arrangement is so good. I agree that ayu's lyrics are by far better, but i don't think depend on me's ones are that bad.

Obviosuly nothing will beat ayu's version (it's the original after all), but this one is deffinitely entertaining and i really like it.

Seriously!! Honestly, it's exactly how I think the 10th Anniversary Version should've sounded, because that's pretty much what I imagined it to be like xD

^ I agree. The 10th anniversary version deserved to have a different arrangement. It's sounds very similar to the original one. Not that it's sth bad, but i expected sth more.

BTW, Shukumi, i think the links are messed up, cause i get the english version with both of them

I don't think the 10th anniversary version of DOY sounded like the original, but it sounded A LOT like the A BEST version, IMO... I do like his version better though. Wa.
About the english lyrics, I didn't even pay attention to them lol XD I knew they'd turn me off the song :P But the arrangement rocks!
