I have to agree on that.

I'm still ordering both because I love to collect everything Ayu, that doesn't mean I like the cover. Though I do love Sunrise quite a bit.

Fortunately, the quality of the cover does not in any way reflect the quality of the song. People can do whatever they please with their own money, but personally I'd still get this if it was good regardless of the cover or not.

I guess that's very hard for a lot of people to do.. Which I understand, because well.. a cover is kinda supposed to represent the single. It's supposed to be eye-catching and beautiful and make people who walk into stores think "hey that's a nice cover, maybe that single is good!"

However.. since we're all on an Ayu forum here, and we all know what Sunrise sounds like, there should be no reason to COMPLETELY judge on the covers.

Of course, the covers are disappointing and yes I was disappointed too.. but I'm not gonna cancel my orders because of it! I pre-ordered both versions and I won't cancel any of em :D

It is very difficult not to!! And yes, a single does represent the single ( :yes ). And that's what bothers me cause I really like Sunrise.

I don't totally disagree with people that are canceling their orders. The covers are indeed a part of the product that you are spending your own hard earned money on and in this day and age where you can easily get the content of the actual disc for free, I'm sure for many people the quality of the cover is the make it or break it item.

I agree. When you're actually buying the CD, you're buying the whole package, not just the music. If one was just buying the music, they could do it digitally, or download it for free. When they're buying the CD, they want the whole package to be good. So if there are people who dislike the cover that much, it ruins the actual product for them, and CDs aren't cheap, especially from Japan. Why waste your money on something you don't like after all?

It's true. The whole point to buying a CD as opposed to downloading it, is because we like to pictures, the extras etc.

Maybe we'll all be surprised when we get a higher res picture to admire.
