This is what I don't get. I know the first one is name, the second one I don't get, the third and fourth are e-mail, and the last two are password, but what's the second one >_<

^ Before you order (on the item page) there's an option at the top left that enables you to view that in English! :)

lottery so far is for HMV only and it's for every edition of the album

It's all the versions on certain sites.

And "Sexy little things" doesn't have a tie-in, so they're not listing it yet. They're only listing the tie-in tracks, like they usually do when something's first announced
