So in Korea that's not unusual? I think all those things are supposed to be announced earlier, especially the cover & tracklist.

nope, why shoudl they? do you look at the tracklist for 3 weeks and change your opinion? Getting the infos as close as possible to teh release date is much better in my eyes caus emany people will go out and just buy it. Otherwise many people will just forget about it.

I think so too, but... Both korean and japanese music industry have advantages and disadvantages of releasing scheme.

lol-worthy titles are M.E.P(My Electronic Piano) and Hurricane Venus. The rest I'm okay with (don't know the translations of the korean titled songs yet though so can't judge those). Too bad it's not a little longer.
