THE TURTLES JAPAN are comprised of 3 main members; producer Kameda Seiji (KAMEDA), and flumpool's Yamamura Ryuta (YAMAMURA) and Sakai Kazuki (SAKAI). With the new arrangement, the band will make their appearance in 'RADIO CRAZY' on December 27 and in 'COUNTDOWN JAPAN 14/15' on December 28.

To coincide the addition of the 2 members, a new artist photo has been revealed. seven shuffles' Ishioka Tomohiro served as the supervisor and Ichinosawa Yudai as the stylist for the photo.

THE TURTLES JAPAN will release their first single "It's Alright!" with WEAVER's Sugimoto Yuji (SUGIMOTO) and Tamada Tom (TAMADA) on November 19.

THE TURTLES JAPAN to release 1st album + hold Zepp tour in spring

THE TURTLES JAPAN will release their 1st album (currently untitled) in spring of 2015. To coincide this release, they will hold a Zepp tour in April of 2015.

Just last week, THE TURTLES JAPAN announced the addition of Remioromen's Jinguji Osamu (JINGUJI) and Simon Isogai (ISOGAI) to the band. While details on their 1st album have not been revealed at this time, it's known that the band will make stops at Zepp venues in Aichi, Osaka, and Tokyo for their upcoming tour. The full schedule can be seen below.

The band is also scheduled to appear in 'RADIO CRAZY' on December 27 at Intex Osaka and 'COUNTDOWN JAPAN 14/15' on December 28 at Makuhari Messe.

Does the new band means that flumpool is no longer releasing more music? Or slowing down their activities? :( I don't disliked "it's alright" but I prefer flumpool...

THE TURTLES JAPAN is a temporary unit so no it doesn't mean flumpool is not releasing anymore music

But for now there's nothing indicated in flumpool's schedule for 2015 . Seems that THE TURTLES JAPAN will be the main focus as they will release their debut album in Spring 2015 , followed by a short tour

I thought It's Alright ! would be sung by both Ryuuta & WEAVER's Sugimoto Yuji but it's a bit odd that in this case , only Ryuuta is singing in the song while Yuji only provided the keyboards to the track
