She was announced before the last commercial break so she's going to be on stage soon, I think.
From what I see Ayu is wearing the same dress as during the ballad section of Made in Tokyo Countdown (white-pinkish with black ribbon around the waist).

They did mention her earlier but I haven't seen her since. I don't know what time she will be on.

I saw her sitting there before AKB started performing with her dress on.
