I'm sorry to hear that Jia Rong

With regards to obtaining tickets via the general ticket balloting system , you have to go to the conbini to get the tickets printed

You have to pay a fee to the cobini staff in order for it to get it done

Exactly like that, it's the same system.

thinkingoutloud89 18th June 2019 03:02 PM

When do we usually get the tour-goods?

Thanks chica! Does every fan club member have to do that? Or is it just because we live overseas so the tickets can’t be mailed to us...?

Trying to figure out how early we’ll need to arrive at the venue and I think we might need to change our plans for that day lol

Every international fan has to collect the ticket at the booth.
The Japanese members get their tickets about two weeks prior by post.
But you don't need to be early for collection the ticket, this happens fast.
Only for tour merch you might want to come early, cause popular items might sell out.
And you're welcome!

makes perfect sense...I’ve never used LivePocket before so I wasn’t sure if everyone just got a QR code :laugh I’m kind of hoping I don’t love the goods because we’ve got a busy travel day planned and I didn’t want to arrive super early but..........I’ll probably love everything lol. goodbye money.

do you have to apply in advance for sound check access? How do they choose which handful of FC members get to go and watch? (if they do that this time around, that is)

thinkingoutloud89 18th June 2019 05:31 PM

I'm planning on byuing the goods online before this time around.

They usually do that but for now they haven't announced anything.
It's done through another lottery through her FC.
But afaik only her Japanese FCs, not the international...

Goods are usually announced about a month before tour start.
But you have to check the shipping dates marked on the item pages on mu-mo before you order.
Cause I did that for our group back in 2013 for JAPONESQUE Tour and it arrived too late - we left for Japan some days earlier.

thinkingoutloud89 18th June 2019 06:55 PM

^yeah, i will sent them to a friend in Tokyo I guess.
With W-FACE I was very early in line but did not get the Hoodie for the concert itself which made me sad.

Thanks for this Karen, very informative. Fingers crossed for the public ballot for me!

Kuu was in the studio yesterday and today. And recorded two songs that are very opposed in character - one sad and one happy song. She finished with the happy song.

She also shared a preview of the news show for the coming Friday:

Wow Kuu's ticket sales for this is amazing! Thanks for the heads up Corvina, I'm gonna try for the JAPONESQUE show on the 10th. Does the balloting for this work like the FC one just that I'd need a Japanese address + phone number?

Corvina 19th June 2019 01:11 PM

Yeah, that's the reason I always warn people ahead, cause in the last three years she always sold out between 16-18 dates with her FC lotteries alone for her regular hall tours.

I never used general ticket sales, so Idk for sure, but it should work like FC just with a Japanese adress and phone number. I do know though that you can only pay by Japanese credit card or convience store (in this case Lawson). So you will need your friend. Also because it's only in Japanese.
But Karen's link above should help with info?

Balloting works the same for both the fanclub & general ticket balloting in that you need a Japanese address & phone number for both

Just that most of the time , the good seats tend to get allocated to the fanclub but it depends on your luck

But normally by the time general ticket balloting opens , most of the good seats are already taken by then

chocopockymaster 19th June 2019 01:35 PM

Not surprising to see that all the Kawasaki dates are sold out......good luck, jiarong!!!!

jiarongisme 19th June 2019 01:35 PM

^ Thank you!! :weep

Thanks for the info Corvina and Karen! Yup, I've managed to sign up for an account with Lawson ticket with my friend's address and phone number! Bummer I can't use a non-Japanese credit card. I'll have to get my friend to help me out with the payment then! Thankfully it doesn't seem like it's mandatory for me to enter a credit card info.

Another question that I can't seem to find on Karen's link (sorry!!): Can I carry out payment first, and then print the ticket when it's closer to the date - in this case on the day itself because the 10th is the day I land! Thankfully I'm touching down in the morning. Guess I'll have to try a reseller for the Black Cherry show. I just really wanna watch both.

I'm looking at https://l-tike.com/concert/mevent/?mid=320251 & Lawson didn't seem to mention when you will know if your ticket balloting is successful or not

The only thing mentioned is when the ticket balloting will close & that's next Tue night

But assuming if your ticket balloting via Lawson is successful , I think you should ask your friend to help you pay & print your concert tickets on your behalf

If you do that on the day of the concert , it's quite risky cos you don't know if the printer machine in the Lawson conbini would break down & that sorta thing

Better to be safe than sorry :s

Also now Japan will be a lot more stricter when comes to clamping down on tickets being sold in the black market

https://japantoday.com/category/spor...Tokyo-Olympics
http://the-japan-news.com/news/article/0005816018

Don't know how that will factor in for Kuu's tour :@

chocopockymaster 19th June 2019 01:58 PM

I've purchased tickets online through L-tike (Lawson) before using my US credit card--what's really key is a Japanese phone number and your friend's ability to go to a Lawson and get the ticket printed for you within a few days.

jiarongisme 19th June 2019 02:33 PM

I see... The thing is that my friend's is totally fine with paying immediately after getting the results. I can't seem to register my credit card into my Lawson account (which, btw, I have to use a VPN because it's geo restricted) and she's okay with using cash on her part first.

I'm just wondering how the logistics is like when it comes to printing after payment - can we settle that separately or is there a time frame for when the tickets have to be printed? Would prefer to print it myself because my friend stays in Tokyo and I'm gonna be in Osaka! I guess if it really comes down to it we can settle with postage but I feel bad enough troubling her as it is! (Just like how I feel bad for asking so many questions here :laugh)
