If that's the case I can understand not announcing the title yet, because if ends up being "ALL SINGLES" or something generic, what's the reason to hold it and not announce the name with the announcement of the album? Rerecording everything is something big, as Corvina said.

Everything on Finally starting from Disc 2 had most likely legal reasons which has been a rumor even at the time. It was explored in the Namie thread.

But even there, I appreciate to have these new versions even if I listen to them rarely.

I‘m just bitter that they were t the awesome live versions (like Want me Want me and WILD) that she used on later tours.

Kuu is currently working on the setlist for the anniversary live in December.
But with how she's going now, including each album's songs, she's already at 27 songs, lol.

Funny re(MIX) is there but now it makes some sense how re(MIX) is under the albums tag on her Spotify unlike the Driving Hits albums that are put under compiltations. I guess she consider it a special album of sorts then?
And I wonder if she's considering only the new tracks from the compilations on there? If so, we might get ashita e from Bounce & Lovers after all these years? :P

I don't know why so many are so mad at this release not including album tracks when that's pretty much the norm on Japanese compilations. I mean, I hoped for them, but I'm not frustrated that they were left out. Even when ayu released A "COMPLETE" a bunch of a-sides were left out so Kumi's picks seems pretty great for me tbh.

Details for the anniversary event were announced:

An event to feel Koda Kumi's history!
One performance December 3rd, two performances for December 4th, and one again for December 6th.
Tickets cost 7,700 Yen.
One person can apply for up till 4 tickets, the 3 people coming along don't have to be FC members.

Now with these conditions tickets will be even faster gone.

Gosh this concert series seems like it'll be amazing, the tickets price is even higher than I expected so I'm guessing it'll have props and stuff. Maybe she wants to make up for not having a regular tour this year :P
