From what I heard so far, fated is a lot better than glitter. glitter doesn't impress me at all.

lol actually from the preview fated is sound really amazing, I don't know why some people doesn't like it but oh well, they don't have to ^_^.
As for me from the previews I already love both songs a lot, they sound so fresh and brand new.
glitter will make me happy and want to rave it in the hot summer while as for fated, I will listen to it and sing along (a good song to hear outside on the iPod!!!),or just while laying in my bed because it sounds so beautiful...

and I really like fated so far... it sounds unique to me, although remembers a bit of Moments.
mmmh as I am a fan of CREA compositions, hope this is CREA. but well, won't hope for too much >_>

Though the song doesn't sound like NEVER EVER in any way except for this structure, I think that this mixture is really good though. NEVER EVER's structure with new style and composition in a totally different song (ballad).
