I can do digital scrapbooking if that's an issue . I mean people who don't do scrapbooking and all that. I do digital scrapbooking pages for the kids and then I print them out and put them in picture frames around the house.

So...if I am to write a letter to Ayu for the scrapbook, I am to write/type it on A4 paper or smaller and send it to someone representing my country, and also send some money to donate? I don't have paypal or else I'd just donate that way, I actually have to send cash, which you can do if it is hidden very well, which mine will be. :D So, all I need to know is who to send my letter to. I guess I would send it to the angel song in Texas? I'm still kind of confused as to how exactly to go about doing this. Someone PM me and fill me in on all the details please. :)

I think if people want to hand write their message, they should make it just a tiny bit smaller than A4 - so that when its printed, it will fit nicely - otherwise if its exactly A4 - there is no room for binding or printer holdings. If you choose to hand write - make sure your PRINT, possible in all cappitals or very VERY clear text. I guess thats kinda obvious but still i thought i should say... if you want to write on pattened paper - understand that when its printed out, it MAY not come out 100% the same, so try not to write on paper that is "too busy"

In my opinion, everyone who can, should hand write and then scan, they should write on plain lines note paper - and scan it and email it as a jpeg appros 4-5mb in size so that its not too shrunk or compressed. Then someone should take that - delete the background (so that there is only text and the lines) and then layer that onto a set new page. Perhaps there can be 10 designs of th epages and randomly place them in the book to give it variety still - but it will still look like one book. Then the pages should be printed from ONE printer. Not everyone has a good printer at home, so i dont see how it is a good idea to have the pages printed from 10 different printers. To answer this: the donated money could be paid to a printer: you would be looking at MAX AUD$0.50 per page, and thats a padded price for colour. So if 100 people send letter all on their own page, yo uwould only look at AUD$50.00 thats very accapteble to me.

Also in terms of the donations: sending money is very risky - i know this is the third time i have written this, but its true. hiding money does nothing - letters go through x-rays. Dont think twice about if a postal worker wont take the money or if the letter gets lost or something. Then your money donation is gone... Paypal is FREE to sign up and you can use your bank account to fund it if you dont have a credit card, debit card, bopo, or pre-paid mastercard. I realy think we should look at keeping all money contributions electronic. It takes ALOT of pressure off the volunteers in terms of accountability AND will be so much easier - as the money can all be in one currency - and wont have to be wased with money conversion fees at the end - not to mention getting the money to whoever needs it to pay for their expenses.

SOrry to be a bit anylitical but its just common sence i think.
