UNIVERSE is great but obviously BLACK CHERRY is the best

i dunno, [grow into one] has some great tracks -
to be one(!!), boy friend, nasty girl, one night romance, love across the ocean...

[secret] is also wicked, a lot of good tunes there...

i really like [TRICK] as well, Driving (awesomeness), TABOO, JUST THE WAY YOU ARE, show girl, Joyful, Venus, this is not a love song etc...

UNIVERSE was a bit of a letdown... but the whole concept of having it overshadowed by a frickin' best of was really a highlight of how messed up the japanese music industry is these days :-/

i still love UNIVERSE though. i think, like a lot of her albums, its a grower. on the first few listens i thought the album was quite bland but now i really treasure each track on it :yes You're so beautiful, UNIVERSE, No Way, Stay, Work it Out, Step Into My World... heck i love all the tracks ^^;

with Black Cherry i think the single tracks overshadowed the album ones way too much for me to love it more than her other albums as other than Get Up&Move! it had no really 'STRONG' album track. with her older albums like grow into one & feel my mind, i think the album tracks for them overshadow the single ones! (i would say this is the case for TRICK too but TABOO & Moon Crying......:heart XDD)

so i think UNIVERSE has got a good mix of album+single tracks like secret & Kingdom :heart

Love UNIVERSE. actually, it definitely excelled my expectations lol! I love how diverse everything is..even the cuter songs are tolerable. Black Cherry was strong but that was 5 years ago..(time sure flies) so..yea, Im loving UNIVERSE..for me, its her best since BC..TRICK's standout tracks overshadowed the rest
