Yeah, I don't think she's pregnant. She said that she "danced a lot" during CDL as well. On top of that, she's a busy woman and her career continues in 2011!

This is going too fast. It just is. I'm trying to be happy for Ayu, but...gahhh. It's just so odd. I was sleeping over at my friend's house yesterday for new years (who is also a fan of Ayu) and I had told her the news the night before. And when I woke up I poked her and she rolled over and I was like "Did I tell you that Ayu was getting married?"

She's like "Yeah"

Me: Okay, I was just checking to see if it wasn't a dream.

And then we went back to sleep. But, seriously, does anyone not see how potentially bad this could end up? We all want Ayu to be, and she clearly is now, but will she be happy say...ten, two years from now? Getting married is pretty big, it's not like getting married on facebook. And Ayu may think Las Vegas is glamorous and all, but getting married in LAs Vegas to American people is the definition of trash.

She loves Mannie, but it seems like she's too busy to have time for him. I mean, if you really love a person, you should want to be with them and not your job. She knows she wants to work, but can't she take a month off in June or something or not do a-nation in August and then get married in Hawaii or something?

I don't doubt the loveshe has for him, but I worry about the aftereffects.

I don't blame her for rushing up. We all live just once and we should live it to the fullest. And as we all see Ayu isn't wasting time here :mischief Awesome woman is awesome!

Though I'm not really sure what to think about the fact that it happened in LAS VEGAS...:rolleyes the first thing that came to my head when I read that was "oh so not high class"..on the other hand...it's not about ceremony it's about the feelings and the person next to you. :yes I just hope for the long years of marriage for them both!!

On the other hand though, and this isn't me opposing Ayu or judging her, it does seem to me that this will cause a ton of controversy and publicity for her over in Japan. I mean, marrying a foreigner in America (Las Vegas no less) the DAY after it was announced?! Kinda makes your head spin.

All I can say is, when she gets home, all eyes will be on her.

AHHHHHH this is too cute! i'm not really shocked anymore after knowing this whole situation since friday, lol. i'm just so happy for them! :heart congrats to ayu & mannie! they are seriously so lovely together!

Every time I feel like I wrapped my head around the idea of Ayu being married, news like this just shocks the hell out of me further! On the one hand, I worry about her, naturally. On the other hand, she's a smart, intelligent, capable, grown woman and she deserves happiness. I think the only way I'll be totally okay with this is to wait it out for a while. Get use to the idea, and see that Ayu is still happy. I'm not one to **** on true love, you know when you know... But it takes a lot more than just love to sustain a marriage so my heart and best wishes go out to Ayu and Mannie and I hope they have a long and beautiful marriage (AND SOME BABIES!!!). I'm just so sad that my dream of "A WEDDING" has been crushed :laugh But if that's how Ayu wants it, that's how it'll be! Congratulations Ayu and Mannie! <3

I think anyone that's angry or feels disappointed or any type of negative feelings about this whole thing should really just grow up. This is none of anyone's business to begin with anyway.

I'm so happy she decided to share this with everyone at TA. She knew overseas fans would learn through TA as well. She wanted to share her happiness and good news with everyone.
