Seems that YA and CDJ will be NOT offering the t-shirt because there is a sort of agreement with mu-mo.

I expected they sell it too cause is for a charity porpuse, mu-mo and tenso for oversea fans is really expensive.

It's not a normal good, I think. When YesAsia sells shirts, they're usually available for as long as mu-mo is selling them plus they add to the price by a bit as well. This shirt is really limited (on sale for two weeks) and they probably want all of the proceeds to go towards donations but if they sell it through YesAsia or CDJapan, they will be unable to do that.

IIRC, "no cancellations" was one of the footnotes for this item.
