She's talked before about how she would eat and eat, and never gain weight. A lot of fashion models also have that body type and metabolism. People always tell them they're too skinny, but there's not much they can do about it without being unhealthy, so. People need to lay off her.

I can confirm there's plenty of people like Sooyoung, I have them around me every day and it's true, they eat, and eat, and eat, and eat, and they still look as thin as paper. And I'm talking about junk food eaters.
So, yes, Sooyoung totally can just eat like a bear and still be thin like spaghetti, bless her.
