I love Ayumi! She's so cute. :no It's just... amazing how far she's come with no obvious musical background and just her voice and feelings. I think she sets a really good example. I first started listening to some of her songs last year but I didn't really become obsessed with her yet and I didn't really know much about her since I was more obsessed with Gackt. Then a few days ago just recently I listened to Ayumi again and read up on her more, and wow... :innocent I'm just obsessed. <3 She's my kinda person. You know she's human and she makes mistakes like forgetting her lyrics onstage and stuff, and she's freakin' cute and funny. :yes I can't wait to order her CD "Misunderstood". And her other ones, when I can get to it.

I am glad that Ayu says like 'I forgot the words- I am sorrrryy' in the tune of the song xD And at least she doesn't blame it on acid reflux~ Yaaaaay xD No offense to those who like that person. :]

Anyway, it seems as though most of my friends aren't really receptive to Ayu. Almost all of them dismissed her immeduately because it was in Japanese. It's disappointing how ignorant some people choose to remain really.

because i talk to all my close friends about Ayumi alot, but not one of them has ever told me to stop or say anything bad about Ayumi, they just listen, and i will stop eventually when i think is getting bored for them(i hope) :tipsy

i always draw "A" symbols everywhere and ask my friends how kool it looks and they agree that it's a kool "A" and are always willing to comment on which "A" i drew looks the best lol

and sometimes when i do things related to Ayu my best friend is always like "aw not that Ayumi again :D" and we just laugh about it

so yeah my friends don't dare say anything $*** about Ayu, actually they are nice not too :P

lol yeah~~ i always listen to my mp3 player and it's like a habit for people to just ask you without thinking "what are you listening to?" and yeah just before i reply they say "aw AYUMI!~" and i'm like "HAHA ofcourse!!!" yeah i do feel proud lol

Anyway, I'm a happy Ayu fan because I just managed to get Duty and I am... yesterday, which means I now have 5 albums in my collection! Not a lot to some, but I'm very happy about it.

oh I love when my friends know I'm listening to Ayu XD especially the ones that dont like her. because "she's ugly" .. o_O they like "emo" music. o_O so I'm just proud to be at least unique =] one of my friends like her and bought 2 of her CDs and another one of my friends likes her ALMOST as much as me : D we watch her concerts together. its fun.

what I find weird though is that the ones who aren't familiar with her ALWAYS pronounce her full name as one word.. like instead of "ayumi hamasaki" they'll say something weird like "ayumazaki" or something strange like that o_O XD

it's weird whenever i watch Evolution and real me PV i always have this summer feeling because they were the first Ayu PV's i've seen and i remember it was a hot day, i was sweating while watching it lol~!

Yeah, 1 of my friends has 1 Ayumi CD. She moved away and we sort of lost touch...but I never talked to her about Ayumi in the beginning. I don't know, it seemed weird. I don't think she liked Ayu but only bought the CD "just because". Where I live Jpop is like alien music.
