maybe she wanted only her fans to see the secret in her PV but just not on live performances. Maybe people would make a really big deal about it

HiruNoKaze 3rd December 2006 06:51 PM

If it's real and if it's a secret on the album that fans are supposed to find out for fun, then I think they let it slip in the PV intentionally. It's interesting that Ayu is like ooh hey let's play this little game! find my secrets on the album :D! hehe it's cute.

I'm still like...how in the heck would they conceal a tatoo a so well? for hey!x3??? dude.

I'd have to agree with ImpactBreaker entirely and with every post he's said! How can it be real?

Air brushing. It's not that inconceivable that it would have gotten airbrushed over for shoots, appearances etc. It happens in Hollywood quite often w/ people who have tatoos that can't have them for a certain role. Also, it looks like she has only had this tattoo for a little over a year or so? So it's not like they've been hiding it for a super long time.

And yes, there would be a reason to hide the tattoo, because they are not widely accepted in Japan - especially on women.

IYFreak 3rd December 2006 09:37 PM

like Angelina Jolie she has tons of Tattoos and they cover them up all the time, So how can it not be real?

Exactly. I believe there really is the possibility that it is real. If she really wanted to she could have easily covered it up everyday.

Alessia_Tateno 3rd December 2006 09:52 PM

But now that the album is out why still cover the tattoo if its real? what's the point to make it if u dont want to show? T.T

Because it is still secret...I'm sure many people don't know about it still. Maybe she wants to keep it a secret for longer. Give those people who haven't figured it out a chance to.

So many of us doubted their relationship and then like a few months ago it's like "Oh, we're still holding hands :D"~

That is true~ If she can keep her relationship with a 6-foot tall man under wraps, then she can probably do the same for a tattoo on her shoulder.

IYFreak 3rd December 2006 10:49 PM

dang he's that tall and Ayu's so....Short Lol. they must look cute together

Eigakan 3rd December 2006 11:32 PM

Yeah, I'm sure the tattoo is just *one* of the secrets for us to find out.

LacusClyne 4th December 2006 12:54 AM

we should be able to know more soon. didn't she say she got some secrets to reveal next year?

They have a hard time doing it..and c'mon, a Hollywood production IS a Hollywood production. We can't compare what hollywood does in order to film their actors in a mega production and what Hey, Hey, Hey does to broadcast a single TV show. There seriously is a HUGE difference.

Also, if Japanese are not so accepting of tatoos, will there be any difference to reveal it once and for all, or hide it and make a dumb game of secret to later say: this is my secret. Honestly, if I were one of these japanese people who despise tattoos, I would be a lot more irritated by the later.

I'm sure it is Ayu's own makeup artists that do it, not Heyx3. Everytime Ayu makes an appearance she has to get her hair, nails, and makeup done anyway, so it's not like she'd have to wait especially just for her tattoo to be covered, it would all be done at once. And airbrushing out marks is not quite THAT difficult to do. I've worked on sets as an extra before and have been airbrushed myself. I've never had to get a tattoo covered, but it's amazing how well and quickly that stuff works. It's kinda like spray painting, only with flesh-toned colors.

truehappiness 4th December 2006 03:04 AM

Well, I'd wonder how else you'd be able to explain the use of some random animal / unicorn~ :p

Other than to disguise the tattoo..

IYFreak 4th December 2006 03:07 AM

I don't see what the big deal is so what if she wants to hide it some times and show it the next. maybe it's just what she wants to do.sometimes I don't even think its a big deal whether it's real or not even though I think it is.

Kodayumi 4th December 2006 03:24 AM

^^well-said...

And..i dont mind having one of this on me. :P

emi♡ 4th December 2006 03:26 AM

Come on guys, have you even seen the tattoo?

Do you really think it's THAT hard to cover up a line and a letter? They could airbrush that in a total of 5 minutes.

Besides, in the PV, it is super hard to notice the tatoo. If you notice, it seems like they edit so much of Ayu's pole dancing that you never even see her right shoulder.

I think the tatoo is real, if it isn't I wouldn't care any less.
