Nope! It's not the same place.
Yes, both are chapels, but I just watched the "My Destiny" PV carefully.
You will notice that the glass design on the background is different
in the photo showed up there (of "BOLERO") than the one in "My Destiny".
In "My Destiny", it is a woman, which I think is Mary. (?)

well the cover is definitely not fake, as it is from BARKS and that is a reliable source.

Maybe there will be other versions, like with Beautiful Crap.
