"good bye" is now up for download on iTunes Japan, Rekochoku, and other online stores.
For those who didn't care much for "XYZ", you'll probably like "good bye" since it seems the screaming has been taken down a notch.

I love how colorful it is.

Nothing's on their official site but Amazon doesn't put up pics for the hell of it.

Gouon Progressive, Enrai single, and a promo GooVER is all I have. Gonna get another copy of GooVER later because th promo doesn't come with booklet. :cry

I really hate to say it but maybe good bye is a Japanese release only. I find it weird the other iTunes stores would be slow to uploading when they uploaded XYZ the same day as Japan's.

noidea 31st July 2009 11:35 AM

^ you have a promo GooVER? is the ONLY difference the missing booklet or are there other differences?(I LOVE promo versions xD want to know everything about them if I cant buy them xD)

Yum!Fruit_Salad! 1st August 2009 02:50 AM

^ Looking at it again, it's a promo Tofu records CD. The description thing is written on a thin piece of paper with the cover on the other side.

The meaning behind "swamp man".
-It refers to a 1987 thought experiment devised by American philosopher Donald Davidson. Say that a man was to go for a walk through a swamp and would be struck and killed by a lightning bolt. At the same time, in the swamp nearby, another lightning bolt would make a copy of the dead man from the swamp mud. This part is a little hard for me to understand but the gist is the question "I'm what?" epitomizes issues of identity when a theory is used. Appearantly, today's concept of 'identity' is that there is no doubt (to who we are as individuals, humans, etc.). The image the listener receives doesn't relate to challenging evolution made for a very pure sound.

Here's part of the album review. Will try to translate the other parts the best I can.
In case you're wondering, Hiroshi, the reviewer, gives "swamp man" an overall positive review.

Beauty4123 7th August 2009 05:44 PM

good to see it got a positive review! i can't wait for the "good bye" PV.
