In regards to the 16:9 change it probably wont be native 16:9. Takahide Ishii films in native 16:9, if you look at the Rule DVD then its in 16:9 but look at Days/GREEN packaging it says videos 1 and 3 are 16:9 but video 2 is 4:3. Kazuyoshi has videos in 4:3 but with black bars making it look widescreen but its not natively.

So unless Avex have finally pulled there finger out and forced native 16:9 then it'll be black bars. And I hate videos with black bars.

i like everyones interpretations of the pv clips so far. this pv is going to have some meaning. i'm glad it's not just her in latex getting felt up.

There has been a rumor on Japanese message boards for the last few months that she was prohibited from tv because after she canceled Music Station Super Live at the last minute, she did not apologize to TV Asahi. When she did no promotion for Rule, people were thinking the rumor might be true. Now, at least she has a music station appearance scheduled though. So the rumor was either false or the situation was resolved.

Ayu looks nice done up like an '80s idol. :)

Umm wow! I guess there needed to be a big contrast to the red pleather Ayu so they went with a sugary super sweet 1970s variety show inspired Ayu. A little to sickeningly sweet for me, but I'm looking forward to seeing the whole thing!

ugh... it's nothing like i imagined........ from the first preview i tought Sparkle PV will be FIERCE!!! but now... it just looks like 2 seperate PV's, the sceenes are just out of place and don't fit the lyrics at all...(i mean the cutie 80's TV-show kinda look...) i wish the whole Pv would be the devilish fierce Ayu!!!!!!

After seeing the actual video...um yeah. Ayu, I kinda understand the whole retro feel you're going with on the Next Level album cover and all but...this PV is taking it a step too far. You're cute in that retro 80's dress but...I was kinda expecting something that was a little more dynamic with more energy like the parts of the PV with you in the red suit. Still, you're cute and it's hard to hate you.
