Aww....the song itself seems to be another version of "My Name's Women,", and maybe it was just because of the playback, but Ayu's voice sounds super cute!! I look forward to the PV and song. :love

^^^ Yeah, I don't hate it, but...I just find Don't look back a bit boring, and didn't live up to what it could have...
But honestly, I'm wondering how in the hell some of you are comparing it to the near perfection that is Microphone! XD

This is going to be a very awkward and split decision album, I feel.

At work so I have to wait until I get home to watch Microphone, want to watch it in HQ quality instead of on youtube.

that PV was epic, lol. all those people really freaked me out! :laugh i didn't understand why ayumi's finger kept touching the screen like an iphone or whatever, but then the ending came and i'm like "....now i get it!", lol. ayumi is so cute in that SLT outfit. :P such an awesome PV. i just loved it!

oh, and about Don't look back - i really like it, too! it's a very different sound for ayu. i seem to love all the previews of songs that we've gotten so far! :tipsy

This album has a lot of variety already. Now I think "Last Links" can be just about any type of song since she's getting so experimental with this album.. I wonder what it'll sound like.

Oh my gosh, I forgot about Last Links! From the start, it's really intrigued me..... I'm seeing a slower song, maybe even a ballade. But I'm expecting it to be powerful. I'm also expecting it to take a while to grow on me, but once it does, I'll probably like it a lot. Not love it, but still...... I'll be more than happy if that's how it turns out, hah.

Eh, honestly, for me, it's just because it's boring, like I said. I love the Arabic part of it, and I love that she's experimenting, yet again. But I hate that she didn't fully 'bring it'. >.< And like Everlasting said, she has experimented with the Middle Eastern thing before, both in music and PVs. :yes (I never thought about it before it was mentioned, but yeah, vogue does have that Arabic thing going on... I don't think Duty does, though.) Only, every other time, it was INCREDIBLE..... And this is meh. :shrug

From the moment I heard it on the CM, I knew Don't Look Back would quickly become a favorite and it has! It's SO hot. I wish Ayu would belly dance to it LOL. I'm super interested in seeing how the PV will turn out though! From the pictures it doesn't look "Arabic/Indian" at all. Which is fine, it doesn't have to predictably follow the music.

Yeah they did, but don't look back sounds so much more modern. I think because it sounds like a drum machine is used which is common in electropop songs these days. Its a nice mix of traditional and modern. I'm really digging it <3

PV doesn't look like its going to be an arabic theme - but why does it have to be that way? I'd prefer to have a nice story to the video instead of something like INSPIRE which was made purely to fit the theme of the song.

I can't really compare Don't Look Back to Microphone, but I love them both. I love the arabic-esque arrangement and the melody is so catchy :love

(I'm predicting that for me R'n'R Circus would be like Secret -- in the sense that IMO the album tracks are much stronger than the single tracks)

It was weird and it would be story based but I was kinda wrong.

but the PV is cool
