brb, drooling. I actually read about this at 8PM or something last night and I didn't know if it was true or not. I guess it was! People were wondering if it was made up, haha.

okay.. just noticed her hair is back to that light color again... ugh so sick of that. She looks really gorgeous; love the hair cut too, but... can't hear much of MOON so oh well. And did Honda SERIOUSLY think a ballad fits into a car commercial??!!!

I kinda can't understand people who are complaining about what genre of song should be used in what type of commercial. If she has new song to promote, she can advertise every kind of product she's allowed to, things such as song fitting to commercial are not important.
I won't say anything about song - I'll probably be eaten by other people because I'm judging preview.

I study advertising so maybe I'm a little more irritated by this... if the song's image/sound doesn't match with the image/sound of the product it's endorsing then it's just weird and reflects a really bad advertising tactic by Honda... I'm pretty sure Honda doesn't want their users for this particular model of car to have that image of, "this is a soft & gentle car, like the song MOON" o_O

I understood the choice for Sparkle and Microphone, but MOON is just off and it peeves me... that's about all. :P

i feel Sparkle is the most suitable song for this car cm.

^ I love the CM to just like you the light from behind and when she is doing her had up with strong lights from behind and then disappear! this a cool CM, and the sounds is even better :D

It is funny that the song gives me a feeling of songs from Every Little Thing. Quite unusual.

The song fits with CM in my opinion.
This Honda CM wants to looks more classy and refined than the previous one.
Sparkle was more powerful and aggressive with the eagle, the black desert and Ayu in leather outfit.
A slow piano ballad like JEWEL would be inappropriate for this CM, but MOON its more upbeat and rockish. So it's perfect imo.
And not every car commercial has crazy and loud music on it lol

I didn't have a closer look on the LQ leaks that appeared before so this is the first time i hear the sound of the song. For now it's hard to tell because of the talking (although my feelings are positive) :P. Ayu looks gorgeous for me there totally. She really does have a face for commercials.

it takes a while for me to like ballad-type songs but i really cant wait for MOON. and teh chorus here just sounds great to me.

The CM is pretty cool. I agree with some of you though that the song doesn't go with the theme of the CM.

LOL she does! :D I'm a Sailormoon nut, so the CM is automatically awesome to me haha. But like Mintkisses and waterballoon said, the song really doesn't match the commercial. If Honda wanted a ballad, a song with a tempo similar to "momentum" would have worked a lot better. "MOON" sounds like it belongs in a makeup commercial, IMHO.

Hmm...I haven't heard any of MOON until now, and it sounds like something else Ayu has done. I'm not griping, but the way everyone has been talking, it's something extremely special and unique. But, I look forward to see what the full song is like, and hopefully it will have a pv to add to it.

That's how Ayu and Max have been talking about it.

The full version is probably not THAT amazing, according to fan reports from the last 4-5 performances at AT10, but I suppose for long time Ayu fans, it'll feel like old-school Ayu. I think Ayu said herself that the song is kind of ASFXX-y to her? Like it's a song that she never thought she'd make again in terms of emotion or something and she made it with MOON?

It doesn't really remind me of that song at all. That song is so... blah. It was a terrible comeback main A-side. spearmint was way better.

Observation time~ Honda CM songs seem to have come out 2 months after the CM release~

Sparkle: 12/25 -> 02/25 single
Microphone: 02/10 -> 04/14 album
MOON: 05/07 -> 07/XX single.. maybe?

Yeah but don't forget that MOON is already finished. Sparkle was a demo version and Microphone may have been done but the rest of Rock'n'Roll Circus had to be completed.

I really hope that MOON is this years summer single. I hope she does it at a-nation
