I'm sure this is an independent shop that can pretty much get away with whatever they want in this regard, esp. since Ayu is from the other side of the planet. I don't think avex is going to care that much. =P

I've seen the combination nails + ayu a lot when I was in Paris, though there are more countries using her pics, well she's a good example :D
