fairyland PV + LOST filming: same location?!
 

I just realized this, not sure if this is old news, but I thought it was really cool.

I'm watching Lost over again because I'm a big nerd, and AS SOON as the two characters Kate and Sawyer came upon this body of water, I gasped. I was like, I KNOW that place! I immediately thought of the fairyland PV, so I went and watched it. I'm pretty sure it's the same place. I mean I know they were both filmed in Hawaii but this is just really cool to me.

I'm quite certain this was put up somewhere here before and it was done with some very very detailed pictures.

I agree! It's news to me! Wow!!! That's kind of a bad omen though lol...........fires and evil spirit things....geez, I'm keeping my distance from that place if I ever go to Hawaii :laugh.

Ayu is really like going international and its really a high budget when it comes to her PV ^^

sometimes it is quite a regret when people didnt realize this,like a friend of mine,she had her mouth big open when i told her Ayu shot Microphone PV at the same location with one of the scene in the Lara Croft Tomb Rider =.=

Yea Lost used a lot of locations also used in fairyland, like the place where they dock the submarine, the fairyland house location is always in the background. In the making of, you can see the submarine dock.

I also remember when they told the story of Mr. Eko and it was supposed to be in Africa, they used a yellow shack like house. That same house can be seen as a shelter during the fairyland shooting for staff and equipment. Most likely because certain locations and areas are open for rent for shooting things.

i mean theres some people who always underestimed the Jpop PVs when they didnt even give it a try to watch it :thud

Awww, but the place seemed to be less beautiful as compared to that time which Ms Hamasaki filmed Fairyland PV.

There's also another location Ayu used that later was used by Lady Gaga, it's the mansion where the GUILTY booklet photos were shot.

Lady Gaga filmed the Paparazzi video there.

I actually went here.

It's Waimea Falls located in a bird sanctuary. The workers there said that Ayu's team basically rented out the entire place and it cost a lot of money. She also had a LOT OF SHOES.

I posted about it in a thread a while back and took photos. People were like... swimming in the water and all that, haha.

I had not thought about it but now that you mention it the first thing that came to my mind was that it is is that spot that they used in the beginning of the PV.

the name of the island Lost was filmed on is called Oahu

Nothing was wrong, the workers just said she had a lot of shoes.

Just search waimea in the AHS thing and it should be there somewhere.

Somebody already compared the pics before, they look the same
