I won't be going this year. T_____T

Just a small (ok not so small) note to international TA members who are planning to submit applications. Please only join the lottery if you are 100% sure you will be going for the concert, and you have a friend in Japan who can help you pay for the tickets first when the lottery results come out. For CDL, they do not accept credit card payment, and you have to have someone in Japan personally go to a convenience store to pay for the ticket in cash by a certain date. If you can't get this done and the tickets are unredeemed, they'll go back to the lottery pool for the next round, and your TA number may be blacklisted and not be allowed to enter lotteries anymore, which would suck horribly. So be very careful about this. Don't apply just for fun!!!

Apparently there's something going on where you can travel to Yoyogi Stadium via bus, and recieve original goods, in this case, a solar charger, which I assume is for a cellphone... but not sure :P

Willer Express is a highway bus service that runs all over Japan. Lots of ayu fans from all over take overnight buses to Tokyo just to see CDL, so this I guess will be a ploy by the company to get more fans to opt for this company instead of others lol.

I'v tried this service before, when I went from Kyoto to Tokyo for CDL 09-10 (I met a couple of fangirls with luggage cases going to Tokyo to watch CDL!!), and again from Tokyo to Hiroshima for a holiday. The seats are very very comfortable lol!! :D

^I rode with them too. Osaka-Tokyo night buss. I wanted to kill myself. Lol. Even if the seats are very comfy I couldn't sleep at all in them and I felt equally terrible as I did after a 15 hours flight with jet-lag... :P

Oh how I wish I could go :(
But I'm hoping she'll be on tour around June/July, 'cause that's when I'll be visiting Japan.

I hope she'll sing a lot of new songs.

^ For the Countdown cons, there's a promo running alongside Willer for a package that includes an Ayu solar charger for your cell phone (FOMA/Softbank or AU only, not for iPhones or other smart phones).

I asked for last year's CDL for Christmas, so what I plan to do if I get it is watch it during New Year's since I can't be there for the actual one.

ayu isn't doing kouhaku this year though.
She didn't do it last year either, I believe.

I thought I was able to go.. but there's so many financial obligations to do right now that is impossible for me to pay around US$2300 for a plane ticket, plus ticket fare, plus hotel room fare, plus money for the rest of the stuff!! T__T
I am SURE I will go to the Arena Tour next year, otherwise next year's CDL!
And obviously, I will participate in the lottery, that's for sure! :D

Well, there's no guarantees. Especially the concern about Arashi hosting for the white team with possibility of six Johnny's artists coming this year, I'd like her to just skip Kouhaku this year and get busy with CDL, because:

1. The Kouhaku could be too much biased with Johnny's this year.
2. Ayu is still in Los Angeles (said that she could be staying in LA for another couple of weeks, spending Thanksgiving and possibly skipping FNS also), and she could get tired from her trip from all that jet lag.
3. She still needs CDL practice, but with the fact that she's still in LA, it might be late, and if she goes to the Kouhaku, she might get tired out.

That's my prediction, but it does not necessarily mean that she's not going to the Kouhaku; we'll just have to see within a couple of weeks whether or not Ayu's going to the Kouhaku, but I'm saying that it's also doubtful for Ayu to attend this year's FNS and it could be possible she could be skipping it for the second year in a row because she's too busy and she could be on a different strategy.

This is the predictions of Oricon on who will join the Kouhaku.

I think if someone sees the list, they will think this is real, because there's no actual thing in your text to say "just prediction" and if someone cant read Japanese, maybe they'll think it's real.

The TA lottery winners were just revealed and I will be going to the show on the 30th. :) I didn't ballot for the 31st because that night will be spent with my boyfriend who unfortunately isn't an Ayu fan.

^No, you get to pay them for the original price.
But since the tickets usually sells out super-duper-fast. Then you have to buy them on auction or at a reseller shop and then the price will be alot more. So it's nice to get a ticket for the original price for sure.

Just a reminder to the people who say they have won tickets but aren't actually in Japan: The winners of the lottery need to go to a convenience store in Japan to print out their tickets before Nov. 25th. So I hope you have friends in Japan who can do that for you.

The stage will be built on the left side of the plan. So block K will be nearest the stage (L is normally blocked off), but not necessarily the best seats. :P

^ I was in block K for the 7 days live and I can tell you that the seats where horrible. I was in the seat closest to the stage, but because it is so far to the side, you can barely actually SEE the stage.

I know!! I was in Block I for RnRC. It was horrid!! The only thing which kept me going was whenever ayu came over to the very very side. :P So far in all my stand seat history, block G-H gives the best view~
