i think if aiba does get a drama, we'll get a single from arashi in either february or march. :P if he doesn't, and they sing for GANTZ instead, then i also see a februay or march release. if neither happens, then i still think we'll get a new single by then, anyway. :P i don't think we'd have to wait until like...may for something new, lol. even though they released singles in 3 consecutive months this year. :tired
maybe we'll get one more single and a new album by april? or in the summer? who knows, lol! btw, this thread will probably be the last arashi thread that i make in the year 2010. :weep the next one should be up by january 2011 considering how fast this thread goes. :tipsy |

i personally hope so too, lol! i mean, i know their style isn't dark like the movie, but i can still see them doing a really dark song. maybe something even better than truth? :P i think some people would rather see a rock band do the theme song, since that's what you'd expect with a dark movie like GANTZ, but honestly, i don't mind either way. it's all good for me, lol. because arashi could get a tie-in, regardless.
but maybe by doing the theme song they could show a totally different sound of music or a new image? i think it'd be cool! it's a great opportunity for arashi. :D i wouldn't under-estimate them, since their a bit due for an upbeat song anyway after 4 mid-tempo singles :laugh so we'll see what happens! regardless, they will totally have a new single out in early 2011. |

haha! :P i didn't use any singles titles because i felt as if they wouldn't "fit" in a thread title. the b-sides or BnMF album tracks seem to have worked better instead. :P
since Dear Snow came true, and it was posted with In The Future also being a rumor, maybe there's a chance it could really be true? i'm not underestimating arashi, lol. i mean, if they can have such a song like Mada Ue Wo as an album track, and Tokei Jikake no Umbrella as a b-side, why can't they have another "different" sounding song as an a-side? :yes |

yup, 4 singles is definately enough for a new album! but it seriously feels like BnMF was JUST released! like irene, i also feel like it was just yesterday. maybe it's because i heard the album again just yesterday for the 457678567th time, LOL. :roflmao i kinda think a new album could come out in late spring or early summer? i doubt it'll take another 2 years for an album this time, since they've already released a BEST. the next BEST should be like....in 2014 for their 15th anniversary, since for their 5 years anniversary they released 5x5. i dunno, since they could just wait until their 20th anniversary instead lol.
but for the single, i think J storm wants to play it safe since your buying the single, and if they put something out that's like...really different, i think they'd think no one would buy it. but by now they should realize that the sales just keep on increasing regardless! :laugh truth was different & that was the #1 single of 2008, so there is a possibility that they can release a song in that style again. maybe even better! :yes i'm reeeally hoping. as much as i love the last 4 singles in their own ways, i want UPBEAT music again! :weep |

A sudden change of pace? Arashi’s Ninomiya Kazunari wearing a frog suit in a new CM We’re here to announce that Ninomiya Kazunari of the popular group, Arashi, will be appearing in a new commercial for the credit card brand JCB wearing an adorable little frog suit! While Ninomiya has appeared in funny commercials for quite some time, the development behind this one is just bizarre. And although he hops to and fro in the commercial, the highlight is definitely his unexpected “ochi”1 The commercial is part of the series whose basic premise is “even for your everday purchases, or when you get the urge to buy everything in this world, bounce around the world and be happy.” In this new commercial, Ninomiya randomly buys a frog suit on the internet, undergoes a series of changes, and ends up finding a buried treasure which changes his entire world. The commercial may come off as a comedic skit for a moment, he really worked hard on the internet content and comedic timing. In the beginning, he teamed up with the comedian Nakata Masaya2 of the duo, French Toast Stars, to get his opinion on it and work out the minute little details to get the filming done right. yay! finally it's confirmed! :D but what a random title. bartender? :P i hope this drama will have some comedy in it. aiba will fail hilariously as a bartender...? :laugh but congrats for his second leading role in a drama! hopefully i'll be watching it.

In the upcoming issue of “SUPER JUMP” (a bi-weekly manga magazine), an announcement will be made about the live-action adaptation for the on-going manga series, “Bartender“. “Bartender” will be released as a drama, and Arashi member, Aiba Masaki, is reportedly slotted to play as the main character, “Sasakura Ryu’! The drama will start airing in January via TV Asahi on Friday at 11:15 PM. Aiba released a comment through the image, which says, ”This is Aiba Masaki. I will be taking on the role of Sasakura Ryu from ‘Bartender’. Since I will play a bartender, I have been training under a professional bartender since this fall. I hope I will be able to warm everybody’s heart as one glass of cocktail does.
