Seems that Ayu will be staying for at least a few more days longer than she told us last week, so everyone please go and show her how much she is loved! :heart

reading about the people with the posters in the previous thread makes me so angry. Poor Ayu, she's just trying to make her fans happy and then people turn up who want to take advantage of her. :(

me too. it really pisses me off. its so rude of those "fans" to do such a thing. :(

i'm sure that Ayu understands though and knows how much the rest of us truly love her. :yes

Last Saturday I literally spent 6 hours outside of her hotel (with two other people but I'm not sure if they are from AHS too) and then realized the whole time she was at the studio with a bunch of other fans and then it was Gori's birthday and sadly I missed my chance. So the next day before I left I personally asked to have some Ayu drawings of mine delivered to her room (I asked for Stan so I hope it's the right people). I really hope she got them at least!

BUT! I have not lost hope for I am returning on Thanksgiving and staying all weekend. Can anyone who is going Thursday and Friday please let me know? (And possibly keep me updated somehow?) I feel I wasn't able to take full advantage of my time because of lack of communication. I went alone and although I had twitter I was really confused on what was going on. (Plus my Japanese isn't very great) ^^;

OH! And if you're going Friday, let's ALL AGREE not to bring anything to get signed (if you've already had things signed before). That way, it shows that we're just there to see HER and not to use her autograph. If you haven't been yet, one or two things is okay, and of course, everyone should get their chance.

And reading all these threads makes me realize how great Stan-chan is, helping with all these coordinations and passing things to ayu. He's been really friendly and helpful to us fans. I hope someone will get him a little gift too, you know, to show our thanks. :)

You know, before I used to see Ayu more as a celebrity, but reading all of these posts makes me happy and make me see her as more...human? Wow, I guess that isn't the best way to describe it, but I feel happy and close to her all the same, even if I haven't met her personally. I wonder if you guys get what I am trying to say....

i tweeted Stan yesterday to see if they got my present but to no avail..I hope I didn't send out the present all for nothing. I mean, I really feel bad right now:(

^I don't think you should feel bad. 1) He probably gets tweets all of the time, and couldn't respond to your directly. 2) I also doubt they would just throw away presents that is meant for Ayu. I think the staff wouldn't just throw presents because they respect Ayu too much to do that (and if she found out, I think she would be uber mad at them). She probably got it (or it's still on its way?), don't worry! ^_^

Don't feel bad. She got it. She knows everything that's going on through Stan, it's almost scary how compeltely she has her finger on the pulse concerning fans. I felt the same as you, but I was proved compeltely wrong.

And Ayu will sign stuff you bring for other people. I gave her two CDs to sign for two other girls, and she not only signed them, but remembered which one was for who and personalized them. THe girl who gave me her Rainbow album to signed even has the actual CD signed inside the case, as well as the case. If you're really concerned, call the hotel and asked if your package arrived. If it has, then Ayu definatly has it.

Those creeps with the posters, abusing this amazing oppurtunity. Maybe someone can accidently set their signed posters on fire.

Well we've had some J artists visit but just not Ayu. I don't really see why she would want to come here, though unless she wants to shoot her next Calendar with Grizleys, beavers and deer in the woods.

Ayu gets lots of presents, always. In London five of us gave Stan a bouquet... Me and gigi gave her a present for her b'day in october... and I don't know if she got them xD

She took a pic of the first she got in LA cause it was a surprise and she wasn't expecting them... or posted A WORLD IS ONE book cause was sth big... but not the A FAMILY book we made now...

I mean... don't worry... don't expect her to post a pic... She can't do it with EVERY present she gets... try to get an answer to know that for sure. But if you wrote the address correctly, don't worry, she SURE got your present =)

^ In a nutshell according to the last thread, there were a bunch of people who had random posters they wanted Ayu to sign, most likely to make a profit and claim that "Ayu came to our store look how popular we are buy from us!" kind of thing. Anyone can correct me if I am wrong about this, but this is what I gathered.

In other words, the rest of us are pretty PO'd that people would take advantage of Ayu's kindness like this. :(

Wow, from what ive read about stan being protective hes just doing his job, but sometimes when i read and its like "No pictures" and ayu's like "yeaaah pictures!" maybe he gets a little bit ..miffed at how shes just done the totally oposite thing?
I mean im not complaining i love how friendly and nice she is with her fans and she can practically do anything :D.

I think some fans should go up to those poster people and be like "back off!" but without causing a fight...if that would ever happen oh dear.

It's likely they will show up again, but, I hope they don't bring their stuff again because it's conveying the wrong message to Ayu's staff. Not Ayu herself, I think she knows that her real fans support HER and not this cash-thing that she seems to represent to some. I'll see some of you guys this evening, again, and all the other fans in spirit :)

I just got home not too long ago, and I am really happy but sad at the same time after seeing Ayu's latest tweets! Tonight was probably the last night that she could see us...

Anyway, tonight I wasn't even sure if I was going to go, because after getting home from work I was busy doing stuff and felt really tired. Then my boyfriend and I went to a restaurant. I had to use the restroom as we were about to leave, and I felt my phone vibrate and I had 3 text messages from 3 different people, saying Ayu tweeted with my name. I checked Twitter and there it was!

Thankfully the restaurant was like, across the street from where I live, and I was able to get to the recording studio in like 10 minutes hahaha. There were more than 20 people tonight! I thought for sure it would be a quick thing, like sign stuff and then take one group photo, but I was so wrong!

We waited for a while and I met a couple of new people, which was nice. :) Ayu came out and started signing stuff, but I had nothing to sign because A) it was short notice and B) I had enough stuff signed! so I just tried talking to her! I asked how she was, and she said good. I asked how the recording went, and then someone asked if she finished and she made a really happy face and said she finished the album! We all cheered for her and she seemed really happy.

I asked her if she did anything to celebrate Thanksgiving, and she said she just worked. Then she asked us what we did and I said I went to a restaurant and then I went to see a movie. She asked me which movie I saw and I told her it ws Harry Potter. She said she didn't see that one but she saw Bur---- and then she looked at Stan and asked him what movie, and he said "Burlesque" I asked her if she liked it and she wasn't facing me directly, but she turned her head and gave me this LOOK like you know she thought it was a disaster. I just laughed and said "that look is worth more than any words" and she just started laughing.

The poster people were back, and Ayu signed all the stuff they had. I looked at Stan and said "it's the same thing..." and he just nodded his head and was like "yeah." and you can tell he was unhappy. Then Ayu took a bunch of individual photos, which surprised me since there was so many people! I was able to get one. Here it is! She put her arms around me and laid her head on my shoulder, it was so cute!

There were like 3 little Japanese kids and they gave Ayu cards and she was so touched by it, she was just saying "arigatou" and like crouched down so she can be at eye level with them, and it was just so sweet!!! The poster people kept trying to get pictures, so Stan said "Just a couple of pics guys, let's not take advantage of the situation" but I wish he had donem more... then Stan took a group shot of us using my camera, so here's that!

Ayu started saying her goodbyes and got into her car, but then like 10 seconds later she jumped back out and asked if we can take a group picture using her iPhone and if it's OK if she uploads it on Twitter! So we did that and off she went!

Even though it might've been the last time we saw her, I'm so happy and grateful I was able to see her as many times as I did. It's just made me appreciate her so much more not only as an artist, but as a person. I really can't wait to hear what she has in store for us on Love songs!!!

Wow, so they were back? Bleh at them taking advantage of Ayu's kindness. It's pretty awesome how she called for you via Twitter! I'm so glad she finished the album, though now she's going to go back home... at least all of you guys got to have magical experiences with Ayu!

Even with the poster people, that was such a nice way to end this whole thing if it was the last time you guys got to see her. She's so incredibly kind, it makes being a fan of her so much easier. :P

It really was crazy tonight, guys. I showed up around 6 something and waited with new people as well as some regulars hehehehehe. It was a long wait and then my phone went off and it was a twitter update from Ayu, with Cutieismylife's NAME like ZOMG. So I knew she was coming out soon. I was surprised that she did individual pictures today. The poster group were pushy tonight and that made me upset because Stan kept saying "give her some room." I think Ayu knows who her real fans are but it just sucks that we have to deal with people trying to make money, and they should do that some other time you know?

She is the sweetest though because when we were doing our individual pictures, my camera died!! But she waited around for someone to take a photo and that meant a lot to me because everything was hectic and she took that time out to make sure I had gotten a picture. <3 <3

There were kids today too which was awesome, because a little girl had written on a home made card "Ayu Chan" AWWWWWWWWWWWWWW and Ayu hugged the kids and she looked really happy. When Mat asked about the album, some of us said YAY! and we did a clap for her (I know I did!!) and she was so happy to have it done. So excited!

This experience has been so great, especially seeing Ayu and meeting Ayu fans and making new friends and putting faces to names here on AHS. I'm just floored by how kind she is, no words can express it.

Tomorrow might be her last day and I'm sad that I can't make it, but I'm grateful, for having the chance to see her as much as I did. I was extremely lucky. :)

Ahhh I'm crying from just the thought of all this; I'm so happy for everyone who was able to be so close to Ayu, and see her kindness first hand. She truly has a lot of love for her fans and that love shows that there are good things in this world, despite the bad. I'm so happy for everyone!!

although i can't go there, but i feel that this whole experience is so close to me...
but knowing ayu will go back to Japan very soon, i just feel that ayu go to a very far place again now...somewhere that i can't reached out...the long dream is over...
but i hope she will do this more often...because when she do this, we as overseas fans, feel a lot closer to her...

Hey guys, I noticed something, in this group picture, there are no poster people. I'm looking at everybody and they are not in this shot. I don't think they wanted a group shot (can't sell it).

But, I'll miss Ayu <3 and I hope she can get everything done once she gets back to Japan. She sure does work hard! And she has a lot of letters, cards, gifts to read through. :love

I feel the same way; she seems so close, even if I wasn't there personally. It's like this is the closest and most personal we shall be with Ayu, but now that she is going to return to Japan...well, it does feel far. And not location-wise, either. It was great reading everyone's experiences, and I hope she (and you guys who got to meet her!) had a great time. Thank you for letting Ayu know that wherever she is, she is always being supported. You guys showed her how much we all love her, and I think she is quite touched.

@cool_kickin_dude: I agree with ohsixthirty. Saying Ayu will never come back to America and that it's useless to keep following her just because you didn't meet her this once is ridiculous. Keep in mind, it's not like everyone here got to meet her and you alone were left out. There were only a lucky few of us who got to see her, and we should all see them as 'ambassadors' of sorts instead of feeling sorry for ourselves. They're our connection to her directly, and I'm more than happy to have just that. There will be more chances so cheer up.

^ That's what I thought as well. Just a bit overdramatic. I understand feeling disappointed in not seeing her (case in point: me), but it's not like that's the last chance amen. I agree with Sirea, and that we should be happy that those who got to meet Ayu shared their experiences. I am very happy and content, especially after seeing the videos! ^_^

Wow. In reality most fans will never get to meet Ayu, or any of their favorite artists. This was truly a luxury and rare situation. You were a fan of Ayu before these people started meeting her, so why should that change now?

It's raining hard over here! I live like 2 miles from the studio so I think it's the same there... there's nowhere to wait to be covered from it. Someone said the car she uses was there, though! I don't know. I would love to see her again but as it stands now, it doesn't make sense to A) get soaked in front of the studio and not get a chance to really see her because her staff won't let her be in the rain or B) wait at the hotel where again we don't know what time she will be back or if she will meet fans.

Ha ha, I just realized how personal and up close we are with her because we know where she would be. Totally awesome.

When I asked Stan if everything was done, he said "yeah pretty much, she just needs to do a couple of checks" so I wouldn't be surprised if she was still working on it.

OH! Also I forgot to put in my review, when Ayu was signing someone's R'n'RC concert t-shirt, it had the dates showing and I pointed and said "next time there needs to be one in Los Angeles" and she's like "yeah!" lol aww if only...
