What do you think the pvs areabout?? (since the short version is out)

The storyline of the pv seem like... ayu and mannie is actually a couple, but mannie cheated on ayu, which makes ayu very heartbroken... Then she killed herself in the end..........

I hope the storyline turns out to be better of course.... with more climax...Not as chessy as Distance love.. :(

I don't think she killed herself because there was an ambulance with a gurney... if she was dead, there'd be crime scene tape and people taking pictures of the body and then they'd put her in a black bag. I think she was hurt or just passed out.

i really love what i saw:yes kinda interesting with the police shooting, ayu running with that dress :heart

Looks pretty awesome, but we like...got minutes 1-2 and minutes 5-6 of the same story while missing inbetween and the end, that just sucked haha

So far I absolutely LOVE what I've seen. I have high hopes for these PVs and really can't wait to see the full versions of them!!!!

Avex needs to stop releasing these "short version" PVs! I was really getting into the story when they both cut off. I know they want to build suspense/hype, but come on...

I really like what I've seen so far (and I love the "A" on Ayu and Mannie's apartment wall lol)


I wouldn't be so sure that she's not dead just because there's a gurney instead of a body bag, but I don't think she killed herself, either. Remember, Mannie pulls out a gun in the Love songs CM... I think she just gets in the middle of a fight--either by accident or in a last effort to save him.

Reminds me of the taskinst video on her Secret tour.


Anyway, it looks so promising. I can't wait for my CD+DVD pack! Honestly, I am so excited.

I've gotta say, looks as if Ayu is gonna have some fantastic PVs for Love Songs album. Love Song looks pretty good, nothing special, and I was impressed with Dream ON too, but Last Angel looks AMAZING. I'm genuinely excited to see the full length song and the PV looks so interesting! I have high hopes! :D

This is what I thought after watching the short ver.

I watch Love Song first and it oddly reminds me of another music video,which I can't remember the name of I tried searching for the song on google but I don't know the title so it didn't help, that I've spent over an hour trying to find but I don't know the name or lyrics or anything just the plot.

The first impression I got right from the beginning after seeing Ayu the take the photo of her and Mannie was that Mannie was dead. If he did something wrong and they were breaking up or if she wanted to leave him I don't understand the reasoning behind taking the photo of them with her.

The whole thing just makes me thing of a music video where the singer's girlfriend is upset and packing to leave after reading a newspaper. We see him trying to stop here, but it wasn't until the end where we learn that she saw in the paper that he had died, and what we saw was just his spirit. If anyone know what video I'm talking about I would love to be able to find it again.

Another reason I believe that Mannie could dead is because at 1:05 Ayu is picking up her bag and leaving you can see her reflection in the mirror. At 1:12 when Mannie shows up chasing after her in pretty much the same spot there is no reflection.

Then when she looks back in the room before she leaves it seem like she was looking pass him.

But then I saw Last Angel and that confused me, because now my theory for Love Song just went out the window. As for the Short Ver. of Last Angel there are too many flashes and it gets really confusing.

Both of them are the best overseas shooting PVs since Dearest.

Also, Ayu's face looks kinda scary when she looks directly at the camera in Last angel's PV, lol.

If you look at her YT, she ONLY has short versions on there.

I first thought that Ayu was an angel for the entirety of "Last Angel" and the other girl was real. But /shrug

how to explain it,,,
ayu face before was emm,,,the shape is triangle but the texture was soft,,
n lately the face shape is a bit tougher n the cheek n jaw were impressed rather large,,,
n her lips is seems over volume...

the short pv's are so wonderful. ayu just seems to get hotter as she ages (well and chooses flattering hairstyles and clothes lol) this woman is amazing me this year. 2010 is becoming my favorite ayu year in terms of just about everything (Pv's, songs, lives, international fan interaction, lyrics, photo shoots, etc) I couldn't be more proud and happy with her.

Hard to say without seeing the whole PVs, but I'm definitely intrigued so far!

Just watched both short versions and I really really like what I saw:yes
but I so hate short versions -.- old news, I know. Everyone hates them. I was debating about wheter to watch them or not but because I know it will take longer for my album to arrive because it's chrsitmas time I thought "oh well" and watched. And then.. it was great.. and then.. they just stopped when it got most interesting.:(

Both are awesome, but Last angel looks more epic IMO.

Does anyone see the white women with sunglasses and have a pissed off face at the end of the Love Song PV (1:48)? I lol'd that because ayu is so sad and this women is so pissed off in the PV

I found both PVs to be very interesting actually..especially LAST ANGEL.

i'm totally into the storyline of both PVs so far! i absolutely low the location & everything. LA and ayumi just seem to go perfectly with each other! :P

i don't think i've ever been this interested in PVs before (maybe it's because i love romance storylines :laugh) so i can't wait to watch everything in full!

Thanks, I knew it was by some popular band, I just couldn't figure out which one it was...Though now that I watch it again the guy in the video that die wasn't the singer, thats probably why my attempted to google the song did work.

*edit* Oh by the way the link doesn't work. I've also just realized after looking the video up on youtube that there is two different endings. The one I was referring to is the one that the girls dies at the end too. The scene there also really similar to the one in Last Angel when she's just standing in the back when they crowd around where she collapsed.

I am curious if Virgin Road, Last Angel, and Love Song are three connected PVs like Vogue - Far away - SEASONS?

Well the videos are deffo well made. It's obvious that a lot of budget was allocated in these two... Ayu looks amazing though I am not a fan of the outfit where she has her hair pulled up. Last Angel is probably my favourite. Love song is a bit melodramatic... I personally didn't like how she hung on to the photo after she found out what he did but anyway, I'll wait for the full version :)

I think the order of PV's should be: Love song > Last Angel > Virgin Road, because it looks like in Love Song she actually has flashbacks what living with her 'hubby' was like (before he died). They used to be happy, until he started cheating on her and when they finally robbed the bank, he was shot and Ayu had to live on, until she too broke down.
Last Angel connects right at the point when she broke down on the streets and shows the suffering she had to go through (internal conflict = Ayu at the parking garage, singing Ayu in the background) until Mannie 'hubby' picked her up to join in the afterlife (Ayu in wedding dress)
The whole story of Love Song and Last Angel (minus the cheating hubby) was already seen in Virgin Road.

The reason I'm thinking Mannie actually died before Love Song even started:
Well for starters Ayu isn't interacting with him when she leaves the apartment.. she just picks up the framed picture and isn't even looking at him. Another indicator would be that the car actually drives through a puddle and the water is splashing out of it, but when Mannie is running through it, nothings happening and the last; he doesn't have a reflection in the shop windows.
So, IMO, he's dead and Ayu tries to live on, until she can't handle it anymore.

Love song, Last angel & Virgin Road PVs are very interesting..
and after watching all 3..specially the latest LS and LA...
it's really hard to know which one that we have to watch first..
and my order is Love song -> Last angel -> Virgin Road but i guess it doesn't look right.. coz all the sudden Ayu changed her clothes into a wedding dress? lol
so it should be either Virgin Road -> Love song -> Last angel

I think it does go Love Song > Last Angel > Virgin Road.

I think he died, and Ayu suffers which is Love Song. She can't take staying at home where they lived together, so she tries to run away from it. Then passes out?
I think she's suffering massively and Last Angel is all in her mind. It's all flash backs, perhaps Mannie had someone before her? That's why there is the other girl? I'm not sure he cheated on her.... Then she dies on the street, and ends up in the wedding dress. He takes her hand and she stands up... They run off together.

I think Ayu died of a broken heart? Just my thoughts. These have to be my favorite 'connected' PV's she's EVER done. I got chills I like them so much!

Generally, both PVs of Love song and Last angel, i find them kinda boring cos basically it's just ayu fainting and being chased after.. Furthermore, i dont understand the link. But after reading some of your "storylines", i think i got a better idea of what's happening and I felt that everything made more sense now!

I feel that the link is Love song - Last angel - Virgin Road. But it's funny because Virgin Road PV was released first, then Love song and Last angel =x

I got my Love songs DVD with the making off and in the making they tell something about the concept,it's in japanese though. all I got is that Virgin Road, Love song and Last angel are surely connected but my japanese is too poor to understand((
