aitakute sounds like a TLC 90's type of song. slow dance/ballad. Sounds nice. Her vocals are terrible though from the very first note.
So far the only songs I like are lollipop, and pop diva. anata and aitakute are ok but not really memorable to me. I don't remember what either sounds like. |

she seems like, it's more like an unfamiliarity with the song more than anything, because she's not really off key or anything, she just seems a little unsure of how to go about singing the song and where to change her vocals and stuff. |
i agree with Picaflor as well. i wouldn't say they were HORRIBLE, but that first note was a bit weak. but she quickly picked it up. awesome performance overall.

speaking of her live vocals, I think 99% of the time kuu is really good singing live. she sounds almost identical to the recordings of her songs and a lot of the time even better. that's just how I feel lol some people might think I'm crazy but w/e.

I'm in love with Aitakute. <3 It's beautiful as hell, and gets better with every listen. I can't wait for the album version. *_* Chorus gets stuck in my head, and I can't stop listening to it on repeat ^_^

yes, her voice was a little bit off on the first note, but overall she's doing hell great!! I love it~ and just like jbrat mentioned.. It does sound like "Dilemma" (yes! thanks for reminding me! I knew I've heard this melody somewhere, but I just couldn't figure it out :laugh) But Hell.. lmao Flo , it's not . POP DIVA definitely wouldn't get #1 but I'm not so bothered about such things & it's a good thing that Kumi doesn't have any #1 streak to feel pressure to keep/uphold
at least it wouldn't tank on Oricon , I mean she has been getting top 10 positions for her stuff from Kiseki onwards so it's good enough for me I'm so easily contented :laugh xD |

I love how avex always puts kumis releases on weeks of hard competition, 'cause it's always been the same, and that makes the security to have a #2 or #3 but never to fight and suffer for a #1 strike!
Ayu always releases stuff when there's no competition, so we have to consider that nowadays #1 or #3 is very relative on what labels wants to get :) |
