I have started to sell mine, because they need a lot of space and that's it. True, they're cute and nice to look at, but that's about it! |
Ayupans are a very expensive hobby, and I have to say, otehr than collecting them and looking at them and going YAY I LOVE MY AYUPANS, there's not much pay off. If you're not into them, take my advice and don't start, unless you can control yourself to sticking to one or two sets. :yes I've easily spent thousands of dollars on my ayupan collection, and while I adore them, I do sometimes wonder what the point was... :no

^ I do, I forgot to mention that, lol. They weren't very cheap though, had to get them from YAJ using NOPPIN, so it it cost about 1700 yen per postcard in the end. Except for the two I got from Yesasia... :innocent

I forgot to say that yes, I did get vol 39 via Noppin, I think it cost me around $15 all together including fees and shipping. I only ever saw vol 1 sold by itself once, and it was 4,000 yen. I just didn't have the money at the time, and kind of didn't want to pay that much in the first place. :thud |

Yeah, if I never get a copy of volume 1 I'm not too bothered. I'm not going to pay a ridiculous amount for it when I probably will look at it once then add it my collection. :D
