When will Ayumi's new single/song come out? I thought she'd release it in March or in May. I don't know, maybe someone can tell me xD

uhmmm...hate to break the news, but there's a good chance Making Fate isn't even real. someone asked Ayu about it on twitter and she didn't seem to know what they were talking about.

Hamasaki Ayumi-san has written the lyrics for this song after reviewing the story scenario for 「Tales of Xillia」. This is a piece fitting of the game’s world.

I wonder if it has at least been confirmed, that Ayu is gonna release a single for this videogame anyway. I remember ppl talking about this "single" in the music info section just as if it were official news which made me kinda believe it this time, though I am usually not believing in rumours.

It is confirmed, because they played a video message from Ayu at a press event for the game. There's a photo in one of the threads somewhere

^ This could be easily photoshopped. That picture was the reason why I started to think, this whole story is fake.

She probably hasn't even worked on the song yet, after all that game doesn't even have a set release date.

She did worked on it. (If we can believe the scan's, sources and magazines) It turns out that she already wrote the lyrics.

We know for a fact that she has finished the song. There was a video where she was talking to a group of people, saying that she was done with the song...

I can remember such a thing too, so I find it very confusing that ayu tweeted that she did not now what "making fate' was :O

I thought it should be true too. was quite surprised tat Ayu did not know what that is!

There is a song because it was reported in the video message she said something like "after much hard work" blah and "very catchy song please look forward to hearing it"

I'm sure she's involved with the game.
I'm sure the song exists.

^ Well, we are at least since we have evidence of those two things; we have her word and that video and that picture.

Now all we need to know is if that scan was real and all that...

I'm not sure; somehow I've just got the feeling she was just messing with us when she asked "what's that?!"

There's another preview for Tales of Xillia in this week Famitsu coming out today or Thursday, so maybe they'll be more news then.

I hope this all wasn't started out of a rumor, imagine all the exciting news being fake. I seriously am confused because of Ayu saying that she didn't know what a Making Fate is. (That sentence sounded so weird wtf)

I better pray that this is real, I feel that this song will be like one of her best songs ever :D

making fate isn't the title, there was a edited photo with the making fate title and composer etc. Ayu has been confirmed or at that time to be singing the theme but not title or any other information has come out
