Well I wouldn't really say that some of those PVs had good storylines or deeper meanings, but they had amazing costumes, creative dance movements and interesting backgrounds XD That's why I never expect anything from her PVs, some of them are more interesting, some less... The only part that is interesting in NAKED PV is the one with Namie holding the flag, but I don't see interesting costumes or backgrounds. The same goes for WILD PV - a recyclied version of Janet's 'Feedback'.

Those covers looks amazing, I wish they were the actual ones lol.

Concerning Namie's PVs, I guess I'm really easy to please because I always find them entertaining just having different choreographies and outfits. I don't really look for symbolism in her PVs, and I feel like she is the type of person that just does what she wants rather than tries to create symbolism.

I forget where I read this, but I remember her saying - about her Past << Future album -that she essentially just wanted to create an album that sounded "cool". I feel like she picks songs that she would enjoy dancing to/singing to, but if the songs do have a message of empowerment or whatever then they probably do have a special meaning for her.

NAKED PV

i like it, she looks beautiful in that green outfit and she dances pretty well, but i hate that orange dress !

Ugh, I got the sound in my head again... I don't know why, but I like when Namie pulls the female back-up dancer's arm back and she does a flip. XD Love the PV!

Nothing she hasn't already done but with a song that amazing, the PV quality could be WILD II and sit and look pretty like the make it happen PV.

The PV looks so glorious in HQ.

Other than 60s70s80s, none of Namie's videos have impressed me until "NAKED" and that means a lot to me because I love Namie and I've been waiting a long time for a video to really grab my attention the way that "NAKED" does.

Does Namie ever eat? She obviously didn't bite that cherry -- I know this is a weird observation but whenever they had like foods on Heyx3 and Namie was a guest she would never eat anything. Ayu and Utada always do hahaha.

Have you seen the size of her? I'd have to never eat to get that in shape. :laugh And those cherries were either super-edited or plastic, but I think it's funny how it was so obvious that she didn't eat any of it. :tipsy

I love the simplicity of the "Tempest" PV preview. It makes the dramatic appeal of the song stand out more.

That's exactly what I was thinking as well. Although she looked great and the PV looked great I couldn't help thinking that it looked like the set of a tv show. In the end though I thought it was simply beautiful and very effective.

Although I had my reservations about this single (I didn't really care for NAKED and Tempest on the first few listens), the songs really grew on me after watching the PVs. If it weren't a triple A-side, I'd definetely preorder it even though I'm quite tempted to do so already, lol. I wish I had an excuse to get it but if all of the tracks and PVs are going to be on the album, there's really no point. :(

I didn't find the PV exciting. Actually... I'm not really fan of her ballads. The song was okay and she look beautiful as always. But I can't help but to think I've seen her dress from somewhere...

The song's still gorgeous (though hardly my favorite ballad of hers since most of them are beyond incredible), but the video was definitely lacking. It was pretty enough, but there was seriously nothing going on. I never expect much from her ballad PVs though, since they're usually just her standing there singing while looking pretty.

I really loved Tempest PV and the song itself. It's so beautiful. <3 It also reminds me of Ningyo and I WILL a bit but it's not a bad thing because I love both songs and Namie's vocals on them. Tempest sounds awesome. <3
