A release that will inevitably become the hot topic of this summer: A medium number featuring Junsu’s brother JUNO in 「Why…」, A much-anticipated ballad 「beloved」 by Mr Hoshino Yasuhiko, The much acclaimed theme song 「progress」 for PS3 game “Tales of Xillia”, A medium ballad with sad resonating lyrics 「ANother song」 featuring AAA’s Urata Naoya, and a mysterious impressionistic 「BRILLANTE」! I haven't really put up any expectations for the album, i figure it's a good way not to be disappointing.

Hm BLUE BIRD didn't have much of the concept either, just Ayu and friends having fun.

I really don't mind somethign without a concept if they manage to put it beautifuly..

i think, Leslie's style able to displays a natural sense of the model, naturally
but Shimo's style more likely to force a bit unnatural

it's just my opinion about them!

I thought do it again did end... it's just up to the viewer's interpretation as most Japanese media tends to be, lol. (They tend to "end" and then you have to figure out what happens next.)

PROGRESS!!! OMG!!! AWESOME!!!

I went to her concert last night. Needless to say, it was incredible. The stands outside the arena played different parts of Progress so I think all in all I heard the whole song now, and it's amazing. The bridge is incredible.

Also she obviously performed it, but it was a different arrangement. She started slow, like a ballad, and after the first chorus the beat kicked in. It's an incredible song.

But the studio version isn't going to feature that ballad-like beginning is it?

Also because FIVE is not allowed as a tag since it's too generic of a term.

Progress does have a slow instrumental intro, but at the concert she performed the entire first verse + chorus as a slow ballad, and that doesn't happen in the studio version, which is entirely up-beat (or mid-tempo, whatever you'd like to call it).

I think it could have a slow beginning even in the studio version,that would explain why we got the second verse & chorus from the trailer, instead of the first one !

Loving the sound of a Alice in Wonderland PV. I'm over her having an artsy type / symbolic most of the time now that having a rather mundane beach video doesn't bother me. All I care about if it's pretty or not.

The slow part is soooo pretty and then when it leads into the EPIC STRINGS+GUITAR... aaaahhh~ I would say that it starts off kind of like Mirrorcle World in a way (DOES NOT SOUND LIKE IT) but only because it's a really rapid change of pace after about a minute of a ballad atmosphere.

I agree, the whole mood of the song reminds me of sending mail, I can't hear this freshness everyone else is getting.

The small section between the ballad and mid-tempo sounds pretty cool, but it's just at that point in the song. The rest of it just seems... normal Ayu to me. :(
