btw, i think ayu decided to set three dates cuz every year a lot of fans miss this concert due to the lack of tickets...

I wonder if it's 3 dates because it's gonna be the Hotel Love songs show.
ayu might wanted most of the fans to be able to see it before it's scrapped for good.

Hoping my boyfriend will allow us to change our itinerary to catch the first show in 29th!
I am SO HAPPY right now!!! I've been to CDL 07-08 and CDL 10-11, and it really only makes your thirst for Ayu bigger when you go to her concerts!!

^ no, it's not only about the title. when the earthquake happened, ayu changed the whole concept of her new arena tour though everything had been done already, there were even merchandise released for HLs. and people worried that HOTEL Love songs would never ever be performed.

It's basically going to be an Arena Tour in terms of quality, since this is the show they were originally going to be putting on this show for the Arena Tour. And, Love Songs finally gets the concert it deserves.

Considering the title, it may be the original cancelled Arena Tour 2011.

Three days performances are booked!!

CDLs tend to be simpler both cuz they have less time to be done and because it's a 2 days concert aimed to hardcore fans... It's not worth to spend a little fortune on it.

Still, this time everything was ready... the concept was closed, the outfits were completed, the arrangments chosen and the choreography reharshed... So, it will actually be good for her if she uses the money she invested on the concert by performing it...

Still, I don't think it will be exatcly like the original thing... most likelly a mix between the original plan and her image for the next year

How do you not get it? For the past 6-7 months everyone here on AHS has been eager to see the original concept for AT'11 when the original title had been "HOTEL Love songs", especially being that Love songs was such a stellar album and has even more power to be amazing when performed live. The theme was perfect, the items and promotional material/shots we had seen so far fit perfectly. This tour seemed very much like a storybook-type tour with the theme. Probably one of the better themed and more cohesive tours out of the past years, and we were all unsure if/when we would ever get to see this product. Now, finally speculation can stop as it is a sure thing that HOTEL Love songs will make its debut this year with CDL. Of course we are all crapping ourselves, how can we not be?? :shrug

Not that I'm going to buy them, but I'm interested in what happens with the CDL goods. I mean, things were already sold at the PoM tour with the HOTEL Love Songs logo and such, so I wonder how things will turn out.

Probably would sell the HOTEL Love songs goods plus any goods they wanted to release for the part 2 / 3 / etc. of the tour like they usually do but instead had PoM goods for the rest of the tour?

We'll see, I guess.

Yes, they sell out VERY fast. The second hand tickets tend to go for more than her AT tickets since there are only 2 [3 this time] shows.

yay! no wonder ayu has so much time for album preparation just before CDL. the setlist, costume, stage and everything else were all prepared already. :)

Exciting news! ~HOTEL Love songs~ seemed like a great concept, and I'm glad it's not going to waste after all. I sort of thought this would happen ever since it was cancelled, though, especially with her hinting that the show would eventually be performed in some form.

I'm glad that she decided to stick with her initial concept.

I guess I'll have to stream, again...

Lol. Just a couple of hours before they announced that CDL would be HLS we stood outside her hotel and discussed how much we wanted the next CDL to be HLS. :P Someone even said something like "I think CDL will be HLS for sure. Here we stand outside her hotel while listening to her songs (from a mobile) and all because of our love for her. It's a sign!" xD

But I'm so so soooo happy that HLS will come true! I have been wishing for this since the first day it got replaced! I think it will be pretty epic!

I'm pretty excited for this! I might just catch the stream if I have enough money.

I'm really glad she decided to do this and it makes total sense! She herself said she really wanted everyone to see HLS cause it was something she had been wanting to do for a really long time.

I'm just upset because, Love Songs is one of my favorite albums, and I was sooooo excited and soooo ready to see the tour, and really upset when it was canceled. And now it's the only chance to see it and I can't go because I'll be home with my family. Sucks :(
