Ayu's 2012 HAPPY BOX to go on sale on December 26th!
 

Every year, mu-mo puts out a set of HAPPY BOXES of artist's goods that are left over from various events and they always sell out REALLY fast! Hopefully, if you're interested you can get a hold of one of them! This year, Ayu is the only artist with three different levels of boxes.

I really liked the goods I got in the one I got yeaaars ago when they first did the HAPPY BOX-thing. Mostly some 2005/2006 goods but they were all pretty nice! I'd have liked a bigger shirt from CDL since I'm pretty sure I got the 'medium ladies' which is really like... an extra small men's shirt in the US at that time, lol. It fits okay though. I believe I got an air freshener, phone strap, shirt, wristband, and a few other goodies?

You should use services like Noppin/Celga if you plan on getting it from here.

Also if you are not satisfied with something you get, or it does not fit... someone might want to buy it off of you! The goods always end up being extremely rare a few years down the line and can be worth quite a bit.

yaaay! I purchased the medium size box, the bamboo one!! I'm so excited :love Too bad the biggest one is sold out.. I don't have any ayu's goods so I could really buy the biggest one ~.~ It seems like they even add old ayu's albums ;)

People got the biggest box because you get the most goods in it, lol. I imagine that you would get the best value as well. Basically you pay for like... two or three times the amount you paid in goods. The only downside is that you cannot choose what you want. (shirt sizes are the only real issue)

I'm gonna guess that there will be at least 15,000yen worth of goods in the biggest box! We'll see when people post photos~

I got stuck ordering, it kept saying my name in Kanji was entered incorrectly although I tried heaps of different combinations. Second time this week a site's foiled my online shopping for a small reason! :(

I guess I'll give up on ever getting one of these!!! I missed out last year when I could've gotten one but this year it's just staring me in the face......painfully! ;_;

You will probably have a lot more luck if you get it via Yahoo Japan Auctions... but you'll have to pay a bit more sadly.

I think the earlier you placed an order, the earlier you get it! That's how mu-mo works in terms of delivery.

^This is the third time I bought a Happy Box. I must say, it's pretty easy to get duplicates, especially for someone like me who "routinely" buys her tour goodies. This is why I end up with many many duplicates (you can see my thread in my signature).

That said, I simply cannot resist it, sigh... This is an expensive hobby, because I am overseas, and have to use Tenso, and shipping is always very pricey. @.@

How about other people who are not in Japan? Do you guys use Tenso as well?

mine was originally 6380 yen O.O but then I applied for consolidation, so I don't know how it's going to be after it.

Interesting... there are no POWER of MUSIC goods so far. Wouldn't the Rock'n'Roll Circus tour goods have been in last year's box?

^Nope, the way they do it is putting goods from the year before last year. So Happy Box 2011 is composed of items from AT 2009 and a-nation 2009; Happy Box 2012 is composed of items from AT 2010 and a-nation 2010. And it seems that there are fewer CDL items in either year. I bought Happy Box 2010 and 2011 before and I don't think I got CDL goods. Dunno if this is because they produce fewer in the first place?!

Do you prefer PoM goods, btw? ^^

Possibly because less of them were available either because of people buying them out or a lack of production. We'll never really know!

I do like some of the PoM goods, but I was just curious.
