At first I liked the pic, but now I find it strange...

Very clean and simple-- maybe even a little plain. But still pretty!

Nice, even though I hate her hairstyle. I'm not a fan of her short hair and I think that Ayu looks best with long dark hair!

Will there ever be a time where she doesnt look weird, or awkward, or fake? Shes too pretty a person to have all these issues with her photos.

you're right, I meant the hair style not hair cut.
I prefer a more bold/marked style..she has very sweet features so sweet features+sweet make up+sweet hair style..the ensamble looks too sugary.

Stans will probably start to think I'm just being a negative jerk, but her lashes are just...they look wrong in this picture. It's like some of them are missing or blurred out on her right eye.

It's such a bad picture of a gorgeous woman :no I would love those palettes though. Pastels :heart

I like this picture, for sure it's photoshopped as always, but i like the pic.

A question... is rimmel high priced... like Dior cosmetics, or medium priced like Maybelline or cover girl? i have no idea tbh :P

and I have tried it, it has amazing quality :) unlike rimmel, for me, its quality is meh...

it's like Maybelline, not a high-brand at all, and it's quality is of none high-brand either. such cosmetics is called "mass-market" :) even Max Factor is so much better than this:yes

Meh.. it was looking better on little LQ preview lol. Except for David Bowie hairstyle, she's looking pretty though. And they photoshopped her very well this time.

The crazy thing about this horrid hair is that Ayu has had fabulous short hair in the past. I don't know who is styling her hair now, but they need a slap in the face and then to be shown pictures of Ayu's evolution hair.

I don't like short hair either,but imho i don't think we should blame her cut for her age looking. Precisly one of the guys posting here (mecury) shows a signature of her with short hair and she looks like a child. She doesn't look like a young girl because she's not anymore. I mean,this happens to all of us eventually, and tho she doesn't very young in this pic, i think she looks good :yes

No, she just keeps cutting it. It was a pretty nice length pre-POWER of MUSIC and then she chopped it all off.

Not a fan of the hair either. It looks too...old for her. She can pull off short hair really well, just not in that particular style.

For me I am...'s was a bit longer and messier (referencing evolution video). That's the "fierce" that is lacking in this look.
Yeah... plus i feel if you overplay towards one characteristic it makes that particular characteristic look too predictable (like Sweet Season minus the ending xD).
Now that you pointed it out i see it too! My guess is they probably photoshopped the eye shadow in. That way they could decide what color palette to put on her face after the pictures were taken. This also supports why her RIMMEL shots aren't that great. Always so generic =\

For a lip gloss/color ad, I expect more color. Right now, in that pic, I'm more concerned about her eye make-up.
