Ahhh but no boxsets, cool.

L.... 16th March 2012 05:47 AM

Yay! CD+2DVD is definite worth it... just $2 + more for another COUNTDOWN DVD!

ExodusUK 16th March 2012 05:48 AM

Any news on mainland?

avex Hong Kong & avex Taiwan didn't & will not make the boxsets for Party Queen . Both of them didn't do it for the boxset regarding Rock'n'Roll Circus & let alone for the USB thumbdrive + microSD card limited edition for Love songs

Although avex Hong Kong surprisingly did made the limited edition for ayu-mi-x 7 :O

Ya but I'm still waiting for avex Taiwan to update at their end leh , I feel that buying from HMV HK is more costly than the main Taiwanese CD shop site that I always buy my Taiwan press items from :3

You mean China or Taiwan ? I'm not very sure but I have a feeling avex Taiwan might release Party Queen on 30th March instead of next Fri which's so agonising for me to wait X.X

Pieces_of_SEVEN 16th March 2012 05:51 AM

^^I'm glad they didn't! It would make the products less limited.

And yeah...smh at the pricing. Only $2 more for an extra DVD? Seems kinda odd...lol

adantatu2 16th March 2012 06:02 AM

thanks a lot, with this i'm going to have my first ayu order complete from HMV HK (along with Secret, (miss) understood, Rock'n'Roll Circus, and Love Songs)
So happy :)

China, I'll be living near Hong Kong soon in Dongguan so won't be too much of a problem to get a ferry over and pick it up there.

Refix 16th March 2012 06:28 AM

Thanks for sharing! I thought it will release sooner like 23'th or so, but no problem for me.

mecury2511 16th March 2012 06:48 AM

Taiwan press is cheaper to me & somemore quality wise , it's better than Hong Kong press but at the end of the day , both are still equally good but that's just me haha

AyuGAME 16th March 2012 07:08 AM

I secretly hoping that they will change the cover of CD+2DVD
not i against it..
but it's too revealing...and my country custom will think that this is porn movie....
it's really confusing me, how to buy that version

Refix 16th March 2012 07:41 AM

Ah yes you are right, since we lived in a same country. I forgot about that....well lets just hope it doesn't get banded or change the cover (even worse, they censor it by putting a black block in her thigh and breast) since the government gonna make that pornographic patrol or something like that.

The Taiwan press is cheaper (there is little difference) but the obi is white w/blue (on the shelves it looks sooo ugly), the HK press the obi is the same for japanese obi (on the shelves looks amazing :innocent:innocent:innocent)

conclusion: For me HK press >>> Taiwan press.

It's a little comment for the people who don't know the difference between the different editions.

Anyway all my CD's (except some "A" and "H" single editions) are japanese press :love

Really? HK obi is written in Japanese (just like the Japan version)??

Utena 15th April 2012 06:52 PM

^ I'm pretty sure it's the case. I think I only have one HK press, but I'm probably going to order PQ CD+2DVD so I'll let you know x)

Yukitora 15th April 2012 09:23 PM

Does the CDL come in seperate DVD packaging like the Japanese edition first press?

for HK press , the OBI is the same as Japan press unlike Taiwan press where the name of the Japanese artiste is written in Traditional Chinese & there's a rather ugly white & blue coloured words in the centre of the OBI

for me since I'm not a CD collecter , I'm not bothered by such details as to me Taiwan press's quality is better than HK press

yes it does . My copy of Party Queen is Taiwan press & the CDL is packaged separately from the album

& I also get a Party Queen postcard too xD

Isa~ 20th April 2012 09:19 PM

Here you can see it is made in HK and you can see the code changes (the only difference).

http://img337.imageshack.us/img337/327/38739675.jpg
the same Ayupan AR code.

http://img208.imageshack.us/img208/1158/98693082.jpg
The same obi

I can't upload interior pics, I buy them to sell to Chile Ayufans, they remain sealed. my copy is japan press LOL!.

ayuuk 20th April 2012 10:11 PM

Oh cool, HK press does have the same OBIs as Japan press. But I am more used to ordering from 5music or Avex Taiwan. Plus I usually buy Japan press as well, so it's good to have some kind of distinction when there are so many CDs on my shelf.

Isa~ 20th April 2012 10:57 PM

^^ I have a online store jpop/kpop here in Chile, and people get carried away much by appearances, so I prefer to buy HK version instead Taiwan version.

In the shelves looks like japan press except for the AAJCD code and they're very happy with the price/product. :)

I would have choosen the hongkong versions too ^^ the OBI looks nicer with color than the regular blue fonts n white background.

Isicio 21st April 2012 05:57 AM

my 4 last albums of ayu I bought were taiwan press, I think is a little bit expensive pay 31$ for taiwan press but i don't use credit card to buy it, but now I got Party Queen Japan version and the obi is so good with yellow and pink, and the plastic bag is so soft.

Wow you have a store? What's the link?

extepan 26th April 2012 03:09 PM

i bought the HK version cd+ 2dvd for just $135 in mong kok last week. it's a real bargain!

ayuuk 26th April 2012 03:32 PM

^That's how much in USD?

KarenPang 26th April 2012 03:54 PM

that would be about US$17.39+ / S$21.59+

another reason why I love OS press :innocent

And I do agree with extepan , for that price you pay for a CD+2DVDs album , it's a real steal . If I was living in Hong Kong or Taiwan , I wouldn't have to pay an extra S$10+ for the shipping fee regarding my copy of Party Queen ._.

Pieces_of_SEVEN 28th April 2012 12:26 AM

Haven't bought OS press in so many years! Need my japanese press lol
