how much does ayumi make in one year?
i heard artist like tvxq make 140 million in 2010 and that only from CDs sales and koda kumi did make 108 million in 2006. so if anyone knows how much does ayu make per year plz post them
|
this I dont think will ever be official because pay isn't distributed (published) in Japan like it is in the USA and Europe. They go by taxes, who ever paid the most in taxes made the most kinda thing.

this I dont know... lol... I never cared to look it up... but taxes are due on the 15 of march, so if they publish it, it should be soon (for last year)
also, in 2005 Utada was the one that paid the most in taxes... i should add this is just 'stars' musicians/actors/ stuff like that... i dont know about politicians or business owners or anything. |
She's rumoured to be worth around 400 million.
But, I assume a lot of that wealth was accumulated around her peak back in the early noughties. So, she's probably on a lot less than what she was then? Alternatively though, I think she tours more these days, which is where she would get a majority of her moolah from. Hmmmm.... I think there's also another rumour that she actually has Avex stock? So, she's probably worth a lot more than that rumoured 400 million.... |

Okay, I see where the numbers are coming from...
the groups themselves didnt make that much. there is a difference between net profit and total profit. The numbers given is total profit, we dont know how much the groups themselves made AFTER they paid everything they owed to the company... think of it as selling a CD. if the CD 13.00 that total doesnt go to the musician. only a portion of that amount goes to the musician. if that makes sense? The numbers that we are given are total sales of CD's and stuff. which makes a lot more sense... if they sell 600K in albums at 40.00 a pop thats almost 24 million right there... which totally sucks, because the group barely see's a fraction of that. And a group has to split that amount among themselves. |

"Ayu" to her fans, this tiny phenom
reigns supreme in the world's second-largest music market. Her record sales reportedly totaled $190 million in 2001. A masterful marketer, she is renowned for tightly controlling her image and a look that goes from short wigs to George Clintonesque hair extensions. She also is well known to tax collectors: In May Japan's National Tax Agency disclosed the country's top 100 taxpayers for 2002; Hamasaki ranked number 37, though her estimated income was all of $9 million. forbes magazine ayu always include on top 10 most net worth Japanese singer except last year she out of top 10 u can find the thread if u search it on here |

She's mentioned it in the past, don't know if it was about her house or her avex work place but something around when she was raided by police, about having a ground floor, where avex people come and go, something about a studio on another floor and her personal areas higher up, or something like that. We only get indoor shots from her which doesn't really show anything.
Her net worth could be a lot higher to all we know. If she has stocks and shares in things such as avex, a good chunk of her money could come from that too, she still one of the true values of avexs stocks too, when she lost her hearing in one ear, the stock price of avex dropped quite a bit before it rose again |

i'd always imagine Ayu's house somewhere in the countryside haha...like a neat decent residence, nothing way too snobby or hollywood-style ... she's always been rather down-to-earth...i think
|
^
if you realized she sometimes posted pics of her in her house, from I can see the house is really big (assuming) all in white colors and had nice stone work for the floor |
