New photobook, 'ayu', releasing November 15th, 2013
 

This is the first part of a 15th anniversary consecutive publishing project by ViVi.

This photobook looks as though it was shot in her LA home and will have 80 pages. It is in A4-size and is hardcover. The price is 2800yen.

I think the shots from ViVi this month are offshots from this.

I believe it was mentioned because it is her first official photobook since uraayu.

That cover totally looks like something she'd release when she debuted, absolutely beautiful!
I just hope all the shoots aren't LOVE Again era part 2, not after those amazing ones we got from Harper's Bazaar.

The shots will likely be like the Numero Tokyo shots in her new home in Tokyo. I wouldn't expect anything like Harper's Bazaar here since it's all 'private' shots taken at her home.

She looks stunning on that cover. I can't wait for this photobook, it feels like something more "15th anniversary"-ish, if you know what I mean...

So happy!! But I hope CDJapan sells them. I'm kinda done with Tenso because my country's customs is an ass so I will probably not use mu-mo again unfortunately.

Probably the usual sites that also stocked things like the nail book and Deji Deji Diary 2000-2009~ since they're all published thanks to ViVi.

Shipping is gonna cost 40 billion yen though :(

I will probably get a few copies if they stock it at Kinokuniya and ship to people from there. Japanese shipping prices are too insane for books.

CDJapan sold the Heart Nail and dejideji but it still didn't stock on the new ones. Hopefully it will.

anyone has expirence with CDJ SAL shipping? because only with SAL shipping it´s cheaper than YA. (registered SAL is also cheaper, but I calculate tax because CDJ orders ALWAYS are held by custom)
And can the book be cancled at CDJ after order? (YA can´t)

CDJ can have issues with cancellation after a certain point, I think. Do you think you might cancel after buying from there?

I always get SAL from CDJ.

I want to have an option to cancel, you must know my cat is very ill and that is an uncalculatable factor of money.

I see... I'm not entirely sure. I just know once it enters a certain stage of the order processing or you pay with PayPal, you cannot cancel. Hopefully someone can have a more concrete answer for you.

I have been using SAL shipping on CDJ lately and all of my orders arrived in no more than exactly 2 weeks.

About the cancellation I don't know because I've never done that, but as @truehappiness said, if you pay by PayPal that you can't cancel. But I think it's ok to cancel pre-order items. You better read their FAQ.

I already order it on CDJapan with SAL registered, is not delay too much on arrive, 1 week or 5 business days.

I whould pay with CreditCard anyways, just let´s hope I don´t must cancel it.

Anyone else noted that it's time limited there? Pre-orders can be placed until October 28th, Monday.

Since CDJ have added SAL, I choose it. It takes the same time than airmail for me. I've never got any problem. I only got once custom in using SAL.
For the cancellation, maybe you can ask them? I already cancelled an item in an order previously.

It´s cheaper than YA even with tax included (because CDJ always gets hold by custom <.<) but only because books have lower tax than CDs and such XD

They're from the various news articles such as this one... I'm also not entirely sure of the larger images' sources. I tried to find them at the time but I couldn't find the big ones.

I got them from AyuAngel's Facebook though. And I tried to find the originals to link to, but I wasn't able to find these nice big ones... probably should have linked to the FB though!

Okay because my friend who's TA said the big one was from TA and they asked people not to share it, I had to delete it from my facebook and other places because I don't wanna get bashed by other TA members lol

Well, I waited that newspapers/media/whome page publish those photos.
I'm TA member and I don't share pics when it's write that it's a surprise only for TA member, because before the public promotion, ayu wanted share them with Ta members FIRST. (there are 3 pics on TA, I haven't share them on Facebook , twitter ect...)


Today, TV news and newspaper had published those pics with avex permission of course, so yes, today I shared ONE PHOTO a liiiitle bit bigger than in sanspo article, in order to everyone can enjoy it and make people want (more and more) to buy this photobook.

The portrait of Ayu has been shared today by japanese media for the photobook's promotion (with avex permission), I've only resize (a lot) TA 's ones because its color and quality are better, the original photo is 3000x2000 or someting like that, this one is three times smaller (TA members keep their privileges)...so I really don't understand where is the problem today :/
(So, when the scans will be available, how are we going to do with these three pictures? ;) )

(God, this morning I thought "Well, let's make a happy medium ! " ha ha ! I had wrong ! =D)

Well, I understand your point of view, but I do my best with my own conscientiousness and my desire to share with everyone and "help" ayu's sales =)

They are probably all soft and white. This photobook is meant to be a 'private' Ayu, so we won't see anything glamorous here.
