It reminded me of Progress, which I didn't really like but she looked good on the rooftop and it was ok until the part with her and the guy started. I thought it was really edited badly in that everything else was sped up and they weren't.
Will the complete version be better? will I care?

All I can say is, I feel like Ayu is either deliberately trying to re-engage with the general public's taste for popular music in her own style, or Avex has forced this change upon her from the Party Queen days. I really hope that this change is here to stay. With consideration of the PV, this song is definitely the stronger A-side although it will probably be overshadowed due to its nature of being labelled second :(.

I think I'm the only who find it boring. For me it's progress+you&me+sowy kiss pv mixing. She is pretty on the roof ok, but there is nothing who make me find it interesting. It's already deja-vu & impersonnal. It's not deep at all. But well it reflects the song perfectly : something that you can't called Ayuish because everyone sing & do that kind of song & pv today. Ayu wasn't able to take over this kind of music as she did in the past when she was trying a new one. I'll stay on the beautiful Feel the love & preview of Pray and will continue to believe that we'll get a remix for merry-go-round with a more rich & beautiful arrangement.

Remember guys. We still need to wait for the full version before that...i don't think it's boring. It reminds me of "appears"...New York City :)

Similar to many songs nowadays; promising opening instrumental & verses but it totally falls short when it comes to the pre-chorus onwards. Rap is acceptable tho but the beat during during chorus is just your typical disco anthem.

As always I can´t watch it because of stupid GEMA <.<

ps: I could imagine the PV with the shot of Ayu in her home getting ready to go out with her drawing stuffs and at the sma time she still had this memory of her and her bf/ex than she goes out, walking in the street heading to the park,while walking she sees couples and here comes the scene of her with that guy, with that they could reduce the speed up scenes,and make the PV better

The scenes with Ayu are very soft, beautiful and cute, and in contrast the city scenes are in a faster mode, and this contrast fits perfectly the melody of the song imo :)
I don't think it's boring at all, I think it's very nice, I really want to watch the rest of it!

I think the Pv is what progress Pv had to be.

It's like the expensive and profesional version of that pv. I really can't wait to see the rest of it and, of course, to listen the full song!

It was much better than Feel the love, that's for sure! But everything would be better than that anyway. A nice PV, but the story (from what we can see, it's a short version after all) has no depth at all. It's kinda of a pity, 'cause merry-go-round has this epic/serious feeling to it. Ayu painter is a nice touch, though, and the interesting face guy too. Good choice of actor. And, of course, the roof scenes are majestic and very, very beautiful (and she seems more japanese than usual, I don't know how to explain it, lol).
I also noticed the same speed effect used in progress (amazing PV, btw) and You & Me, but that's when the similarities stop, because this is a completely different PV, with its own character and flowing.
But, I have to say it, without being perfect, this is a well done PV, 'cause it friggin made me like the rap part. Thank God. That's what a good PV does, it makes you appreciate a song, even if you're skeptical about it.
