HAHA it is. I heard it at some akbingo or dunno where. The girls all know ayu, if you watch varieties like akbingo where they play games ayu's name ALWAYS come up somehow. In the first ten episodes it came up at least 10 times. One of the girls (meshibe) had to promote her first single solo and when going to the cd shop she fangirled for half an hour about how her single was put next to A COMPLETE. "OH MY GOD I'M NEAR HAMASAKI AYUMI KYAAAA" XD Plus Takamina auditioned with WILL for akb!

This pv definitely has influence from GAME and ourselves. And also reminds me of A Best covers. But nonetheless, the video is really nice. The song is not very memorable though....Thanks for mentioning it :)

Totally. It's totally pathetic how she's jacked Ayu's style. It's not a homage or tribute..it's so blatant. She has no identity or style of her own.

With Dear J she jacked Namie's style too.

The art direction of the PV is great, I think. But I'm going to be a jerk and say that as an artist I find her a snooze fest vocally and in general, I guess.

the pv isnt something that i'll expect from akb-related
reminds me of ayu's dark but thoughtful pv (ayu's current pv is screaming a little too cheerful). whoever came up with the pv good job but utterly distracted by her singing

Just watched the video and I really like both it and the song.

I'm not really a fan of idol groups so never thought I'd be listening to any of their solo efforts. The video does remind me of Ourselves, but nothing wrong with that!!

Everyone starts copying someone else, Ayu included, and she is not the first (nor the 2nd or 3rd) to follow Ayu's path.

Also, it's kinda ironic seeing Ayu's fandom bashing someone for bad singing considering everything from Poker Face to M or so...

While I agree that her voice is not one of the best I really like this girl. I liked her back in akb48 and I like her now, she might not be the best out there but this is not SO BAD, come on. I loved DEAR J, wanna be now, 1%. Try these ones out!

Even though I dislike AKB48, i like some of the members/ex members especially when I see potentials to them. Tomo-chin is really interesting the first time i saw her. i've listened to her performance and liked her lower register. I even loved the song more when I learned that she wrote the lyrics herself. I might buy the single :)

Honestly this girl has no talent, no charisma, she's just dull and boring. Can't sing, can't perform...

I guess some of her songs could be nice if sang by an actual singer.

This girl's vocals are just not my style. I don't like any Japanese vocalists who sound like her, let alone the ones who do it well. So that's the basis of my own comment lol

She just doesn't have a strong enough voice for edgier songs yet, that could change. Ayu's voice certainly matured.

That being said, I would agree that this video has Ayu elements in it. The quality of the video itself is similar to videos released in the early 2000's IMO.

I always found it interesting that she cites Namie as one of her biggest influences/idols, but all I see and hear from her screams Ayu. :p

yeah ayu's vocals "evolved" in an interesting fashion. I always loved poker face ayu vocals lol But I think they were somewhat generic back then in a sea of females who sounded like that, and then ayu did end up sounding different.

So maybe this girl can do it too.

It would be really nice to see any female pop solo do well tbh, no matter even where they came from.

This song actually sounded nice and that says a lot coming from someone who can't stand anything related to AKB48. :D And it was very Ayuish but it didn't really bother me tbh.
