Here is the cover of the new ViVi ! At first I thought it was not Ayu because of the style of her hair and of her clothes... it's so different XD but I like it !

first I was surprised that ayu retweeted a ViVi cover with some random model on it. then 5 seconds later I understood that it must be ayu. it's not like I recognized her :thud

Wow! I didn't recognize at first either, but I love it! For once she isn't carrying some nonsensical, emotionless expression and stiff, exaggerated pose, and the picture as a whole looks much more professional and creative than... well, any Ayu mag cover I can remember. The emotion from both her pose and expression is magnificent, and the clothes/shoes fit her wonderfully. Her hair is gorgeous as well, the make-up is great, I just aahhh, she's absolutely beautiful!
Yeah, I have to say that this is one my favorite mag covers from Ayu (if not my favorite), props to Ayu and all those who worked on this cover! I'm hoping the inside pictures will have the same quality. :tipsy

I thought it was just a random model that didn't stand out much, it took me a while to realize it is actually Ayu. She looks completely different, but somehow I like what I see so far! Hope to see the full scans soon!

I really like this cover. It's really different from what we get in 2013. A new style that suits her very well. I'm glad that there is a real background too. I'm so tired of white or monochrome background. It's really fresh. Can't wait to see the inside pic.

This is Ayu? Okay... I think it's called extreme photoshop to make her look like a pin-up girl, but whatever... Not so happyhappy, I like pictures of her that look like her :/

Wow, this really is a different look for Ayu! I wonder if this means that we might get a 'classy/bold' look for the next release.

I think the hair with the messy cute style and the blusher make her not look so Ayu. I don't think she has ever worn colour like that on her cheeks. The pose is very unlike her usual covers too. I like it though and want to see inside! :D

The inner photos look especially different. It reminds me of her shoots from 1998 and 1999.

I really love the hair color and she reminds me of one of those AKB girls in the pic where she's turning to the camera. But um that blush.... It looks like a little girl who played with mom's make-up. lol

She really looks different here. Somehow like a little shy Japanese girl that is about 15 years old *haha*

The style and gesture remind me of Kana, too.

I like how different it is. It's not the usual cookie- cutter JPop singer photo.

The style is great, but her facial expression... just a no-go! I mean, she's an adult woman and doesn't need this little girl expression which tells men "oh I'm just a girl, all pretty and petite please protect (and fuck) me!".

Oh my gosh, it doesn't look like her at all! On the cover or the inside, the only one where I didn't have to double (quadruple even) take is the one with the beige coat and black dress.

Not sure if I like it, the deer in headlights expressions and the bright pink blush just make the Paris setting come across as a bit twee. I hope she does something else with the short dark hair, it's so different for her.

The inner picture is not so bad. Nude make up, darker hair color which is good and looks refreshing. The hair style is not that impressive, not so diva. Simple. Too bad she's not doing an outdoor shoot like the one she did in B&D era or RnRC, it would be great. Despite the cold wind.
