It all depends on what tickets I get in the lottery. If I get tickets for the 30th but not the 29th then I'll go to the 30th. I'm hoping to find decent tickets for the 31st as well, I paid 20,000 yen for F block 1st floor seats and they were pretty good, but I've never had arena seats before... Harajuku had them for 45,000 yen for A block seats, but I refuse to pay that. :no

Oh ok . May I know what's the maximum number of tickets each TeamAyu fanclub member could ballot for ? Is it 2 or 4 tickets ?

The maximum you can request is 2. I put in entries for 2 tickets on all 3 days and I only got 2 tickets on the 29th (in 2012), so it's just about luck, I believe.

Oh ok . I'm surprised as I thought you could have ballot for 4 tickets as Yoyogi is big

I can't wait for ticket lottery to start! It started as soon as CDL was announced in 2013 and 6 days after announcement in 2012. 6 days have passed, so maybe today? I'm going to 3 shows. I'm looking for good karaoke partners;-)

I would go if I could figure out how to get tickets! Is there a guide posted anywhere? :cry

There several options:
1) Yahoo auctions
2) Having TeamAyu friend book, win in the ticket lottery and pay for your ticket
3) Having ANY Japanese friend book, win in the ORDINARY ticket lottery and pay for your ticket (for ex. eplus lottery, such lotteries happen after TeamAyu ones and are designed for general public)
4) Buy at reseller shop (very easy one)
Yahoo and reseller shop are the most expensive out of 4 but you can see what seat you're buying. I tried all these options :-)) All of them worked. There's a fifth one - getting into TeamAyu and trying to win ticket yourself.

This option won't work for this CDL, to be able to apply for the lottery tickets for this CDL the members should have registered on TA before October 15th, it says on the e-mail they sent about the CDL...

I'll be in Japan during cdl period. So if the friend I just met manages to ballot for whichever day, then I will just have to take the shinkansen down. Anyway I have already booked a capsule hotel close to the stadium. My last option is to buy from reseller which I hope not

I didn't get tickets for either the 31st and 29th, omg T^T (I didn't join the 30th because I'm already attending another concert that day).

You shouldn't let the fact that others are unable to experience things with you stop you from experiencing them yourself. Whether or not you have someone there, it is YOUR experience. Of course, it's nice to have others to share in the moment with, but when it comes down to it and it's either experience it yourself or hold yourself back and NOT experience it, why not go for the experience? Pretty much all my goals I've accomplished in life I've had to do alone because it was my passion, not my friends. I have never regretted any of those decisions, regardless of how often I've had to do them alone.

Going somewhere far away by yourself really is… liberating I think. You won't be bound by anyone and can do whatever you want. But going to a concert by yourself? I wouldn't do that.

If I get 2 tickets for the 31st on the second lottery (I don't know when is going to happen though, I don't seem to find any information on other lottery...) I will have 2 ticket for the 29th that I will not use so I can sell it to you (one or both I suppose, but If you just need one and someone ask for both the priority will go to whoever is going to buy both, sorry XD ).

@Delicious_n_Bold: I went to the 31st concert by myself in 2012. No big deal, it's not as fun as going with someone else but it was the only way I could see the concert that day, so I went for it. Yes, it is liberating and empowering. :yes

I've gone to many alone. I saw ayu alone and I've gone to see DJs play at clubs alone. Of course it would be nice to have more people in my life that are passionate about the types of things I am passionate about, but I don't let the reality of the situation stop me from experiencing the things I love the most. Other people can enhance the experience, but first and foremost it's about the music, getting lost in it and the feeling of becoming one with it.

The second round is usually one week after the results announcement of the first round, so...pretty soon!

I went to many concerts alone this year (because my friends here are not interested in the same artists as me) and, seriously, it's no big deal. Sure it's nicer if I'm with a friend, but once the concert starts I just ignore everything around me and just concentrate on the concert, so it really doesn't matter if I'm by myself...

I would never give up the opportunity of going to a concert and seeing my favorite artists live just because there's no one to go with me. Specially since I'm living in Japan only for this year and I don't know if I'll ever have the chance later.

But, yeah, I live in Tokyo, going to the concert means just going from my home to the venue and then back home, so I can understand if someone who lives in a different country doesn't want to travel alone, that's a bit more difficult (though I did do that as well a few times and it wasn't really that bad).

Tried all the ballots so far and got none. FC round 2(friend's) is my last chance before I turn to reseller for 30th and 31st. Heck I even booked my accommodation for these 2 nights because I thought I wouldn't be so unlucky. :no

General sale tickets for 12/31 were sold out within 1 hour on all ticket sites, impressive :-)

Wow. Has anyone ever gotten a ticket from the "scalpers" selling them around the arena? They were all over when I was walking around for A BEST LIVE. They had lots of other ayu merch and stuff too.

I bought a ticket off a scalper once when I was there for AT08. I had only gotten a ticket for the second to last date, not the last date, and decided as long as I was there I might as well see the final show. It was a seat in the first row on the upper level, and I had been at the front of A block the day before, so it was nice to see the stage (and the ship :luv2) from two very different angles. I think she sold me the ticket for 9,000 yen? So she probably only made $10-15 off me. Thanks, rando girl :heart

I saw them all around at CDL12-13, but they were asking ridiculous prices. I love those unofficial sellers, I'm definitely going to keep an eye out for them. On the 31st they don't allow the unofficial sellers or the ayu cars to set up near there because of hatsumode, so you can really only see them on the 29th and the 30th.

I'm sort of resigned to getting reseller tickets at this point, unless anyone here has tickets to the 29th or 30th that they don't want? I'm not really interested in going to the 31st, it was such an ordeal getting home for me last time, plus I'll be in Japan with my dad this time so I want us to be able to do something special together. :yes

I managed to get my friend who's in Japan to help pay for the general sale ticket at 7/11. It's on the way to reach me.

I got ticket for 30th, North Block E,2nd level Row 10, #4. It looks really far from the stage but whatever :yes at the very least I got a ticket.

Now I really want to get a ticket for 31st

General sale tickets are the only ones to show seats already because it's not lottery anymore, but they are always the worst seats, all stand section, second floor, far away from the stage.
Yokohama chiketto's (reseller shop) already selling 12/31 tickets by the way. Price range is 10-16 000 yen so far.

Oh. I didn't know the tickets for the general sale in 7/11 are being released earlier. Our tickets which we preordered thru TA won't come not until two weeks before the concert.

It was because its New Year's Eve and people were queuing up for Hatsumode at Yoyogi park. The Yamanote train line had a queue of about 45 mins, which was backed up almost to the foot bridge. The bad luck was I tried to go to the right where there's a second exit that they let us through on the 29th, but they'd bolted it on the 31st and when I got there after half an hour of shuffling through the crowd, I realized it was locked so I had to wait until the crowd thinned out and go out the regular gate. THAT took an hour and it was like sardines being mushed in a can. Plus there was the train trip and walking back to the hotel, so that took me roughly 3 hours. I'm a bit traumatized actually, and its a major reason why I'm not super keen to go on the 31st this year.

OMG, I didn't know it could turn into such a nightmare. I have some sort of tradition to go to karaoke after 31 show, so I leave at first train in the morning.

^It was really, really crap. I forgot to mention I waited inside the arena for about 15 minutes hoping to catch one of my friends before he left but I couldn't find him. If I'd left as soon as the curtain fell I probably would've been out in 15-30 mins. But it was just a series of unfortunate events. I'm glad I was there with Ayu and it was my dream to see in the new year with her, but everything after that kind of put a damper on the rest of the night. :(

I was wondering since entrance starts 5pm for 30th and concert begins 6pm, can I arrive the venue about 5.30pm instead and joins the queue for entrance.

By the way,what time would the concert end usually for 30th? Thinking if there's time after the concert, I would like walk around Harajuku
