Information we have so far:
- Tour shedule is September/October/November
- Ayu will visit also cities she wasnīt during Cirque de Minuit Arena Tour

hayasaki 5th July 2015 01:47 PM

Yassss! can't wait for the lottery!! I need to see Ayu one more time bfore November cuz i'm
not sure if i'll be able to attend this year's CDL.

hidekirby 5th July 2015 01:57 PM

Good lord!
Love when she scales down concerts!

Can't wait.

Surreal17 5th July 2015 01:58 PM

It almost 99 percent sure that she won.t use any song from the cirque de minuit tour into the ta live ( excepting surreal, evo and boys and girls maybe). So at least I.m curious for the setlist.

ayumisrael 5th July 2015 02:07 PM

That's cool!

I wonder how the setlist will be and if it will have a 2nd DVD/blu-ray of the next album release.

terra 5th July 2015 02:20 PM

I hope she uses this opportunity to perform unperformed songs! Maybe it's in this occasion that she'll perform more songs from A ONE

Gustavopc 5th July 2015 03:27 PM

^ Amen to that, plus some from LOVE again

Surreal17 5th July 2015 04:22 PM

I.d love some Love again songs.

tokyoxjapanxfan 5th July 2015 04:50 PM

Very excited for this.

Although I wonder how they'll handle the tickets... Will they require to show proof of TA membership at the door? Or is it only required at purchase? If that's the case any TA member could buy tickets and sell them/give them to other people.

I know Gackt had very strict rules for one (or more) of his concerts. Like, you have to wear a school uniform or be in the fan club or be a boy or something like that lol.

But either way, I'm curious of the venues too. I'd actually love of she did a hall, just for the change in atmosphere haha.

AyUmIXx 5th July 2015 05:05 PM

wow quite an awesome news, even though i thought it'd be an asia tour or a world tour lol..
but yay finally TA limited tour after all this while...
it's much more intimate and simpler.. even though i won't be able to attend but i'm excited about it as well..hopefully they'll release it into a DVD/BR so people can enjoy it.

inspire_rmx 5th July 2015 05:09 PM

Totally awesome news!!!

IF I remember right in 2003 you had to show your TA ID when entering the venue, but I think you could bring one non-TA member with you.
I guess this time they will just have a scanner at the entrance that scans your digital license.

Delirium-Zer0 5th July 2015 05:21 PM

It's not reasonable for there to be any overseas dates for this, but it'd be nice if they have a live stream available for overseas TA members. Here's hoping!

Now that whould be awesome, at least for the final show.

This is what excites me about this TA Tour, because I hate the CdM track list. I hope the end result would look something like the Premium Showcase (although I think this depends on how much money would be spent on this Limited tour).

matt9210 5th July 2015 05:51 PM

Oooo, I'm in Japan from the end of September so I hope she goes to Nagoya in October or November! Gutted I missed the CdM tour by a few months and with her releasing an album in April, I don't think she'd do another arena tour before I leave Japan in September 2016.

Is the Global Team Ayu the same as the Japanese one? I'm thinking of signing up once she's released the dates, but I don't wanna sign up to the global one and they can't even buy tickets.

Toniayu123 5th July 2015 05:53 PM

^There is just one TA now, its global :) http://global-fc.net/teamayu/ And yes, you can buy tickets

matt9210 5th July 2015 05:58 PM

Awesome, thanks! Will keep my eyes peeled :)

Aderianu 5th July 2015 06:28 PM

cool
that is something she can expand into world tour

Chibi-Chan 5th July 2015 06:55 PM

Sounds awesome!

DonkeyKongRemix 5th July 2015 07:50 PM

Dude.

I just joined TA so I am so excited about this just knowing that I'm a member of this. Which feels kind of silly to say.

Ugh, if I had the money.

mi|kshake 5th July 2015 09:15 PM

Looking forward to the set list!

Why did Ayu, or was it an article online, mention a World Tour anyway btw?

JEWELian 6th July 2015 12:30 AM

I think she'll use this tour to tour Asia (and other countries if that's the intention) because it'll be a Zepp tour most likely, much easier to tour a show designed for a small stage.

Should be interesting! I wonder if she'll perform more of the A ONE songs that didn't make the cut for this year's tour.

AyumiAi 6th July 2015 03:26 AM

well I wouldn't be surprised if it stayed only in Japan, but when you think about it,
they did JUST recently ish open up Team Ayu to international fans, and now they launch another TA limited concert. Would make sense that it goes international, but you never know with Ayu XD

Jobitoalv 6th July 2015 03:52 AM

Okay who's going we shud all go together !!!!!

For some reasons, I am looking forward to the set list as well.

I hope she preforms

criminal, It was, GUILTY, monochrome, Return Road, Like a doll, Do it again, Blossom, Sakura, Melody, Bye-Bye Darling, Gloria, Ivy, Liar, Fated, Identity, Last Links, Meaning of Love, ever free (almost impossible) , Life.

jiarongisme 6th July 2015 04:52 AM

Bring it to Asia please please please~

AyumiAi 6th July 2015 05:15 AM

I pray for last links <3

oaristos 6th July 2015 05:57 AM

That sounds great :)

luna7996 6th July 2015 06:17 AM

For a second I really thought she was going to announce a World Tour. Or retirment from music or ....well everything crossed my mind exept this. LoL. I hope we get a dvd of this. Last TA corcert was pretty great in it's simplicity.

chantaising 6th July 2015 06:36 AM

Praise lord!!!!
I think the setlist would be kinda like 'PREMIUM COUNTDOWN LIVE 2008-2009'
Some songs that she rarely sings and the fans like.
Example. 'ever free' , 'Ivy'
*finger cross*
ever free. ever free. ever free.......

stivenoto 6th July 2015 07:55 AM

I just joined TA yesterday. And i will go to TA Tour if it around Tokyo..

kiseki89 6th July 2015 09:06 AM

I wonder if there's any overseas tour dates.. Hopefully there can be one in Taiwan when I'm there... Better still one in singapore in nov

Aderianu 6th July 2015 10:05 AM

TA members can send messages to ayu and ask her to transform TA limited into world tour.

Actually it's pointless to expand TA tour. It's not so big amount of members overseas. How will we fill hall? Member +50 guests with him?

I believe that such small tour is something that maybe performed at big Europe/America cities.

Bigtop 6th July 2015 10:52 AM

Pretty interesting...reviving a concept that she has been holding back for over a decade, yet it's quite popular on other artists. Let's see how this one goes...

mizuki-7 6th July 2015 11:03 AM

I thought with her recent collabs with JJ-Lin and Spexial that she would add some dates in Asia like Singapore, Taiwan and Beijing for example but it seems very unlikely !!

It's really a busy year for her after this AT 2015, the upcoming A-Nation, TA limited and the CDL 2015-2016 ... she will have spent most of this year at touring it's something that didn't happen since at least 2002/2003 lol

I'm really happy that her fans will be able to see her in a more intimate space ! Big shows are amazing but sometime " less over the top" is good too I hope she will take advantage of this to focus on her as a vocalist/artist instead as a big entertainer like in her big lives !

YukiUsagi 6th July 2015 11:20 AM

TA limited and the CDL 2015-2016 . We will get a DVD or Bluray combo box?

I think it's likely that we'll get a box with New album + CDL + TA tour, but i don't know.
I'm not even planning to go to Japan for the tour but this announcement got me wanting to join TA so bad.

Chris85 6th July 2015 12:12 PM

I wonder how hard it's gonna be to win tickets for this. I have a feeling this tour will be sold out very quickly, especially in big cities.

Zeke. 6th July 2015 02:26 PM

A 3 month long tour that will stop at places she did not stop at for Cirque? Seems quite long for such a concept? It must involve travel outside of Japan, no?

Ryusei 6th July 2015 02:54 PM

^^ maybe some breaks in between to relax or work on other things

Chris85 6th July 2015 03:13 PM

Does anybody remember how many concerts did Ayu do during her first TeamAyu tour? What was the capacity of the venues?

~angel*ayumi~ 6th July 2015 03:20 PM

Here you can see Tour shedule for 2003 tour:
http://monochrome0408.web.fc2.com/PC/LIVE/TA-2003.htm <-- this site is awesome for concert shedule/setlist info!

The "Zepp" locations have a capacity of ap. 2000-3000 ppl

miki_beland 6th July 2015 03:27 PM

given the messages on TA I think this tour might be some sort of farewell. Perhaps she is retiring for some time after CDL.

tokyoxjapanxfan 6th July 2015 03:43 PM

A lot of people will be joining TA in order to go to this, so I don't think she'd just be like "thanks bye!" at the end of the year lol but I suppose the possibility is there.

She promised to be back in Sendai with new tour next year, so she's far from quitting.

Something is definitely up, for sure. But in typical Ayu fashion, she's so vague. Next year is going to be something big...good, bad, or otherwise.

flowerdust 6th July 2015 09:13 PM

If this doesn't get recorded, I'm gonna CRY. I didn't like the Cirque de Minui concept that much, so I'm looking forward to this.

mi|kshake 6th July 2015 10:50 PM

I would love a Guilty performance! I wonder when more info on dates etc will be released?

Really no point in going there without actual proof.

OyTony 6th July 2015 11:07 PM

All I want is GUILTY in the setlist. :love
Hope I can take more than one person with me.

Minttulatte 6th July 2015 11:43 PM

I would KILL for a performance of Last Links. I have always felt sad because she cut it out of the AT10. :'<

Ayu has given up a lot over the years. Big example half her hearing, so i wouldn't blame her, if that were to happen.:(

stickyrice 7th July 2015 01:16 AM

What exactly was mentioned to give people that impression? Hopefully it's not some farewell deal. I doubt it but just curious.

Anyways, on the topic of songs we want to be performed, I really hope she sings Close to you. If not here at least CDL :( I really love that song! Also (which most likely wil never happen in her entire career lol) The CO FUSION remix of Together When lol

Zeke. 7th July 2015 01:26 AM

I think they will record it and probably sell it to TeamAyu members only.

polka-dot-jewel 7th July 2015 02:05 AM

Her TA message "the beginning of the end" was basically like saying "the end of an era". It was the final concert of CdM, which has spanned for months. She mentioned giving up last year, but regained her sense of being. There was nothing in there about retirement, or even going on a hiatus. But, anything is possible with Ayu...

I can't wait to see more about this tour! People say she isn't capable of going back to smaller venues. If she could do it in 2003 after all-dome and all-stadium tours, during her "peak", I think she could definitely do it now.

brener 7th July 2015 02:40 AM

OMG this is such a gift for everyone!! :heart

Yoake 7th July 2015 11:44 AM

I doubt Ayu'll retire after the TA tour. When I read her TA entry I feel like she decided to do a TA tour because she understood that some fans felt abandoned because of her new and happy live in US. I think it's a way to say : I'm always with you and I always think about you even if I'm in another country and there is someone who is as important as my career now.

Delirium-Zer0 7th July 2015 04:03 PM

I wish Ayu was giving us any reason to feel like she loved us more, so that way her Japanese fans' feelings of abandonment were justified. It's not like Ayu is giving us anything in exchange for what JP fans feel is being "taken" from them.

Sorry, JP fans... I feel abandoned too lol

attractive nausea 7th July 2015 04:13 PM

^ I don't think JP fans feel like she's giving more to her western fans (well maybe a little with TA going global) but they must feel that now her personal life (aka her life with her husband/her life in the US) is more important than her career and her relationship with her fans, i'm not sure if they all feel like that but i'm sure some of them felt let down when she started to live in the US simply because they feel like Ayu should dedicate all her life to her career like she used to in the past
Kinda like "Bitch why are u always marrying white guys??? Damn no, get yo ass back in Japan and record good music for us"

//ABEST 7th July 2015 04:26 PM

does she even live in US anymore? i thought she moved out back to Asia or something

i feel like JP fans are more judgmental than western fans, it's not right to be like she own us anything really :no

Delirium-Zer0 7th July 2015 05:07 PM

It's possible that they mostly just feel like she's abandoning her career in favor of her personal life, but JP fans were awfully hostile when she started communicating in English more... it's hard not to feel like they're jealous for no good reason.

But that said, yeah if they just feel like she's abandoned her career in a general sense, I don't think their concerns are unfounded, especially among older fans. Her workaholism was a big part of who she was, and her hands-on approach was a BIG part of her appeal, it was talked up in the media a LOT. Even i'm having a hard time getting used to her current approach, and honestly I'd be lying if I said I thought the quality of some of her work wasn't suffering because of it... but to feel like Ayu is abandoning her "ibasho" is really really silly.

Yukitora 7th July 2015 06:42 PM

Many artists abandon their careers for their personal lives (think YUI, ostuka ai etc), however they 'stayed home'. Utada married a white guy and abandoned her career (not in that order) and has even greater ties to the US. This is the difference: To marry (two) caucasians, buy houses elsewhere and make music overseas, no longer participating in TV programs and not making CMs however, gives the impression that ayu doesn't enjoy being part of the Japanese community anymore, and yet comes back to make money. It's not jealously but a feeling of betrayal. Many didn't expect the girl who everyone used to relate to would become effectively a foreigner, speaking a different language and living in a different culture.. From that point of view she's become unrecognizable to the girl she used to be.

Iggy Azalea and SIA did the same thing with Australia, by not bothering to attend australian music awards (where they knew they were gonna win big). Aussies got really upset even tho Iggy had like 2 songs at that point.

I feel ayu is very much aware of this criticism and has dedicated herself to undoing the damage. A ONE was produced by Japanese musicians (unlike COLOURS), notably expressing her great appreciation for Japanese lyrics, her participation as a corrections officer, her participation in utada's cover album, her longest concert to date (showcasing classics over new material), TSMGO, and simply not showing off her new white man for publicity like she did with Manny.

Very well said. :yes I think this makes a ton of sense.

Ayu said on Twitter that the dates will be released next week... I canīt wait, there is still that little small hope for dates outside Japan.

tsumekaze_ 10th July 2015 10:55 AM

I just want to see her live so much. Hoping for even only one date in europe

Yoake 10th July 2015 12:00 PM

I just thought about that but it would be cool if she did a acoustic section in TA tour. Just her and Yo-chan's guitar.

Aderianu 10th July 2015 01:21 PM

Wonder what songs will she choose. She doesn't need to use a lot of big hits, like at ordinary concerts. TeamAyu members supposed to know discography. So I'm waiting to see rare songs

I would love something like Key & TO BE from CDL 04-05 -- I was blown away when she did that, and I was lucky enough to be there.

Or, better yet, if her vocals could handle it, something like this (fast forward in a bit):

Maybe on the TA edition of the next full album (or the one after that)?

ayumisrael 10th July 2015 11:54 PM

I wouldn't mind if it will be A TA exclusive, I'm on TA. I just hope it gets released (in blu-ray as well).

stivenoto 11th July 2015 12:20 AM

Maybe the TA tour will have a overseas date. Because she doesn't need lots of property to send outside Japan. And i think she can use smaller venue such as master card theatre in singapore for the TA concert.

ayumisrael 11th July 2015 12:54 AM

99% There will not be overseas dates and especially not a TA tour. How many overseas TA members do you seriously think are there? Probably not enough to fill a hall.

Seriously? they have no reason to be hostile because she's communicating in english, literally every once in a blue moon. Most of her posts on TA/SNS safe for weibo are in Japanese. They should understand that she has a sizable international fan base, especially for a Japanese act who more closed off when it comes to international promo.

I understand feeling abandoned, because for a while I felt like that too. She's not on TV, she doesn't promote like she used to, and she seems more closed off, but even her international fans felt that. Feels like misdirected anger tbh.

on a positive note, if she does decide to do some shows here we'll have a much more intimate experience. :D

I'm curious for the goods!!! I wonder if there'll be goods either.

AyuGAME 11th July 2015 04:01 AM

^I believe there will be goods...it's a big source for revenue...

Aderianu 13th July 2015 08:00 PM

more info tomorrow

Surreal17 13th July 2015 08:03 PM

I.m curious!! I hope she gives us a hint about the concept of the show. Hopefully something more intimate with rare songs..and than a DVD release or a live stream. one can dream.

oaristos 13th July 2015 08:11 PM

I think it's possible they shoot the concert to include it later on her next A BEST.

Gustavopc 13th July 2015 08:35 PM

I hope she won't do it like Kumi and release it for TA only...

Aderianu 13th July 2015 09:25 PM

it's so easy to get TA only things nowadays

I'm afraid that all tour goods will be only pink

chocopockymaster 13th July 2015 09:43 PM

^ oh god please no

Gustavopc 13th July 2015 09:47 PM

I know it's easy, Global TA and such, but it seems pointless to me? A fanclub exclusive concert being released as a video but only for the fanclub... The concert is not an ~evil cult~ or a secret deal to be treated like this from my point of view :P I understand FC exclusive versions, but exclusive releases, they just bother me, being or not in the actual FC :shrug

I agree. Also, using Tenso is a pain in the ass.

Or, better yet, if her vocals could handle it, something like this (fast forward in a bit):

I had never seen that video before. Thanks for sharing!!!. The kids performing Voyage are so cute. And Ayu with yo-chan only? If the TA concert were like that it would be perfection! I would not mind a super stripped down concert like that.:yes
