While I wanted to order from the japanese mu-mo because the rice wasn“t up on the international mu-mo the Daruma got sold out and I couldn“t finish my order because japanese mu-mo site doesn“t take my freaking password.... Fine than I won“t order anything because the 2 things I wanted are not available international or sold out allready. I even whould have added a towel to get those charm... oh well then I will rather buy the stuff I want on yahoo... if avex don“t want money it“s not my problem... |

Normaly the date shown is the shipping date, at least it was so the last few times, wltough shipping is mostly a few days earlier as shown^^

I almost finished my order earlier thank God I noticed the shipping date. I'd be so disappointed if the goods won't come before 28th or 29th for the least cuz i'll be travelling to Tokyo on the night of 29th lol.
I really love how they maximized the appearance of a logo on some of the goods unlike the previous year's. |

I guess they're trying to minimize leftover goods, but I'm assuming that now they only put a small amount for sale because the rest will be left for the venue...

As the Shipping date is in February they whould have enough time to produce the amount on demand, so it“s rly just avex who limits the goods.

They're probably just trying to increase demand, because people are more likely to buy the goods if they're limited. Even if they aren't sure if they want something, they might think "Damn, what if it gets sold out fast?" and buy it anyway.

With the decline of sales (even the happy box which used to sold out within a day or two) they cant be spending too much money to produce the same quantity as before. The best way to save $ and make sure it's just sufficient for the market is to set a small portion for online sales and to restock using the leftovers after the CDLs.
There's no point in making large orders if they have to find ways to get rid of the overstock items. Warehouse need cost too and they have to store for a year or two before throwing the leftover into the happy box. And even then, it's not a 100% confirm that the item would sell. You will have to see it from the view of the in-charge. |
