Being obsessed is nothing to be proud of. It just means that your life isn't interesting enough. If it was, you wouldn't have to be obsessed with things.

Obsessions are good, fun things to have...unless you become a psycho stalker of whomever you are obsessed with..like myself..um..*Cough* my life is interesting yet I have time for many different obsessions.

Let's just say, there's being a fan, and there's being obsessed. I'm a fan, definitely. I love Ayu's music, got all her albums, listen to 'em frequently, got a *****load of Ayu pics, my computer frequently has an Ayu wallpaper as its Desktop, etcetera. But I'm not obsessed, hell no.

i agree - obsessions r fun to have. i get obsessed too easily lol but i wouldnt say i have a crap life. um thats a bit harsh! :tired its only when obsessions become dangerous to someone's health (mental or physical) that its a bad thing

My Japanese teacher and class thinks I'm obsessed. Just because at the time I had 10 cds, a calendar, and referenced things to her on several occasions doesn't mean I'm obsessed.

I say her name so fast they all say think I say Ayumi Hawasaki! None of them are really interested in her/other J-pop, though I have one friend who, like me, is really interested in the music, but I like the vocals and music. The rest of my friends, when watching the CCB were just kind of disturbed, especially by the Ourselves video... :D

I sang Dearest at my school's talent show with a friend...and the "Hama.... WHAT?" one is especially funny to me because something very similar happened there. When we were doing an introduction, we were saying "this is a song by a Japanese singer named Ayumi Hamasaki..." and immediately after saying her name someone in the audience screamed "WHAT?!". other stuff that i feel i am obsessed with Ayu that is not on the list are:

- i think about Ayu all day~
- i graffitti Ayu's name all around skool with a perminent pen
- i do stuff only because i see Ayu do it
- when i am bored i like to write Ayu's name or song titles all over my book or on a piece of paper during class time
- when i hear bad news about Ayu i feel depressed all day~
- when i hear good news about Ayu it makes ny day
- my msn nickname is always about her
- i buy some stuff only because Ayu promoted for it
- i have only been listening to Ayu songs for the past 6 months..well 2nd would be DAI but i only listen to some of her songs a once or twice a week
- when i see one of Ayu's song title names in a book or wateva, i get amazed
