As all of you might know by now, ayu's producer, max matsurra, also known as officer Matsurra have resigned along with the chairman of the subsidary he belongs to. I'm here because I want to know how all of you's opinion on this matter, which received a lot of attention from all of you. With the matters mentioned on the news and on the internet, I think that everybody has been feeling uneasy by the speculation on the future of Officer Matsurra, chairman of the office and Ayu.

The following writing, written with my own thought, will be sent to the media. I think this would be released on the television and radio from tomorrow onwards. Although everyone might feel uneasy again after reading my message, but I'll definately post message here as the matter progresses. I think that there are different people making an living in fighting. But I think that they are fighting without escaping. Of course I would not want to lose the fight like the rest of you.

Lastly, I really thanks all of you for your concern. Also, sorry for having all of you feeling uneasy. I feel motivated after reading the messages from all of you. Also, Ayu is alright.

The following is the writing which will be sent to the mass media. To everyone in the mass media. What happened during the last few days has created a stir, and I would like to make my comment regarding this matter.

I feel very sorry that the matter has caused a stir within the record company and the agency that I belong to. But we as artists and human, have a steadfast belief and will that we strides to bring the best entertainment activities to all of you.

And as for my producer Mr. Matsuura, although the Avex without him is still Avex, but I think that he have accepted at the same time that his Avex is already dead when his resignation was accepted.

Since Hamasaki Ayumi and other artistes are depending on each other in order to be standing here today, I've deciced to be with them for where I'm going. With the supportive fans in mind, being together with the people I trust, and walking towards the way which I believe in. I will continue to be strong in my life

Poor Ayu.. she sounds really lost about this.

Everyone's gonna have an opinion about what she should do..but at the end of the day i hope she makes a decision that's right for her. She's the one that's gonna have to live with it.

This message strongly suggests that she is going to leave avex and go along with Max Matsuura, which will surely give serious blow to avex.

So she's seriously thinking about it? Considering that her and Max are really close friends, it wouldn't be a huge surprise, but what about her contract? As I said elsewhere, she could be fined for trying to leave the group, but assuming she could afford the fine (if any), then I guess the days of her being at Avex are nearing an end.

=o eh, avex will be around for a while longer, I doubt its going anywhere.

She called the company dead, doesn't sound like she wants to stay there longer than she has to.

She may not leave today or even tomorrow, but I have a strong feeling that she will. Max's record company won't pop up overnight, it'll all take time. Plus, who knows how long she is obligated to stay there.

I love speculation.

If she doesn't leave Avex I'll fly to Japan &kick her five two butt to a different company with Max. But she'll probably leave without me resorting to that. ;)

Yeah, I hadn't thought about that.. *stupid* But even so, I'd do like you said Chibinina, I'd separate myself as quickly as possible from Avex. It just doesn't seem worth staying there if the one person who has been a father figure for you all these years is leaving.

It sounds to me that Ayu feels that the artists who were produced by Max need to stick together and support eachother, now that he is gone. At least for the meantime, anyway.

I think most of us know that Ayu doesn't like a lot of decisions made by the Avex group, and when she refferred to it as dead... i think she meant Max's avex was dead, the avex that was originally established has turned into a company out only to get money and putting everything on cd sales, with little regards for it's artists

Well guys it was going to happen only because. Ayu has not had the choice to release certain songs she wanted and Avex overworked her last year. They gave her a tv show when she wanted to work on an album at her own paste and they rushed Rainbow i remember hearing. She wanted to produce her own music like I AM and do great hits like that but they crunched on her. And now that they got BoA who is getting as much stardom as ayu is they think they can hurt other artist. That is why Max left they used him and Ayu. But hey they got Namie Amuro they are going to be harder on her if she stays. But most likly it seems the artist are on a strike of some sort i feel.

I think she's saying here that to Matsuura Avex was dead! that's why he resigned,, not beacuase it was already dead.... I undertand that she thinks Matsuura left so abruptly beacuase to him avex was dead and didn't matter any more.


AND HERE I think that she'e going to stick to her gruop of arttists... and if they decide to leave they will.... OR when she says "she deciced to be with them for where I'm going" means that since they are already with avex.. they are goign to stick with it.... but she might need the support of her fans!..

i believe what she is saying that NOW, even with Max around it is considered dead to him --> recall the previous articles that he had conflicts with the other staff (whatever his name is), to me, I think that is because he cannot do to his wish and will ? :eyebrow so he resign...
